Russia Successful at Dividing America?

Russia – Serves up The Perfect Election Weapon

I continue to see these headlines with regards to Russia dividing Americans through fake social media accounts.

us-election-russia-hack-crimeshop

This morning CNN went on and on about the social media account that was found on both Twitter and Facebook under the name of “Blacktivist” which CNN dubbed a fake “black” activist account.

Okay fair enough however, when using words to describes things such as “black” or “white” you are by default stirring that social tension pot. Why not simply say something along the lines of “We found this activist site that the Russian’s created so as to cause even more racial tension and divide with regards to law enforcement here in america.”

See how much more classy that sounds?

While I don’t doubt that Russia did create that particular account, what caused the problem is still the problem. The media describes the fake account as a “black” activist account.

It’s a fake activist account. End of story. Viewers could clearly see what the accounts were when CNN posted images of the accounts posts.

america-the-divided-crimeshop

We were already a nation that was divided though and CNN should probably check its facts before skirting them and making it sound as if Russia really made the racial divide here in america worse.

It was already a boiling pot that was going to boil over on it’s own at any moment.

We already had racial tensions brewing with even more tensions brewing where law enforcement was concerned.

russia-kremlin-crimeshop

All Russia did was capitalize on our nation’s problems in order to gain more knowledge about us and where our heads were.

And by problems, it was all that, we all advertised, whether it was the mainstream media or individuals on social media posting things, we all advertised precisely what Russia exposed and capitalized on during the election.

russia-tampers-with-us-election-crimeshop

I also keep hearing this, particularly on CNN, “how did they know who to target?”

This morning was another spit out my coffee or choke laughing moment. A reporter on CNN asked a guest something to the effect of, “How did they know who to target, was it perhaps one of those calls placed to you where you were asked who they could market something like this to?”

CNN, the sky did not fall here, do you guys even read or watch the news at all? Do you even know what you are reporting on, on a daily basis or do you block that from your fragile egos, I mean minds at the end of the day and forget about it?

social-media-policing-crimeshop

What’s more, do you go onto social media at all?

Does CNN or any other media outlet actually pay attention to things other than themselves?

It is not rocket it science here.

mainstream_media_crimeshop.jpg

Russia knew who to target and what parts of the country in large part no thanks to mainstream media, second to that by actually looking at what people post from around this country on social media sites, including Reddit where anyone can read all of the forums without having to create an actual account and friend or follow someone.

Social Media Logotype Background

I wrote about this two nights ago, Russia knew who to target because here in america, we american’s expose our own secrets to everyone through social media, the mainstream media reports on speculation and opinion as if they were fact and they ask people really personal information and/or learn that really personal information and expose it.

Really CNN, how do you think they figured out who to target. I’ve never heard a more ridiculous question being asked over and over again, in my life.

Nothing in the news is really news these days, so while CNN said over and over again this morning too, “you can’t get your news from social media”, the last time I checked, we couldn’t get our news from CNN either.

I heard over 45 minutes of pretty much speculation this morning, the guests to CNN? CNN was asking hypothetical questions and interjecting their own opinions, and nothing really got answered, what I did not hear a lot of was actual factual news aside from Puerto Rico, yet still the CNN anchors filled those moments with speculative questions that tend to go unanswered which leaves viewers to speculate further and then rumors start…

Russia didn’t make shit up here, they simply exposed the worst of each of us and utilized that to their advantage.

All of the fake ad’s, the fake news, the activist accounts, they were all based off of actual facts, things that were already happening here in america, things that people were already talking about, speculating about and in some cases spreading rumors as fact about.

Russia was able to figure out, which was not a secret CNN, nor was it a secret, that american’s were already divided, they used that division among us in order to sway the election.

But was that really the only goal?

Not by a long shot.

Russia was able to expose america truly expose our every weakness from the inside out, to the world.

Modern Keyboard With Colored Social Network Buttons.

People post and share everything across multiple social media accounts, we overshare information, we discuss openly our true feelings on forums where we never have to meet the other people we are chatting with. You never know who is on the other end.

mainstream-media-crimeshop

The media has overplayed the fact that we have all of this racial division, police shooting unarmed young individuals and beating them and the media were the one’s that drilled into our heads the very idea of the wording “Unarmed, young black man.” the media also overplayed the drug epidemics that are sweeping our nation, doctors prescribing opiods like skittles, impoverished parts of our own country that we ignore while at the same time looking down our noses at for instance impoverished nations such as North Korea, the cost of living in some housing markets is so high that people have to share studio apartments with multiple people, where is big brother helping on that one? Oh wait, they are more concerned with access to Americans private email, cell phones and private data, access to social media accounts…go see Russia because they were able to obtain that, am I right? Health care in this nation is a complete and utter joke, our politicians take advantage of the system far more than any citizen, the rich get away with murder while the poor suffer the consequences 3x’s over for a simple shoplifting, you get the point, as the list could go on for days.

Thanks mainstream media, I was paying attention…but I wasn’t the only one or so it would appear. The media in this country tends to turn the news into something that it was never intended to be, entertainment. Everything is a huge, dramatic story that plays out for days on end.

We were an open book and the media played a much bigger role in that than they desire to admit, however along with that, each of us who are on social media, forums of any kind and the like bare some of that blame as well because we too overexposed our true feelings, our problems in this nation, and how we felt about those problems. Speculation, rumor and fact, we let it all out and really did kid ourselves into thinking that no one was paying attention, or at the least, that no one would ever think to use it against us.

And, if you were to push, dig and try to learn more, you might learn that the election was not the only goal here.

Our intelligence agencies should at the very least know that. Russia is far from finished here.

Russia-fake-social-media-crimeShop

Russia ladies and gentlemen, really just used what was going on here in a truly remarkable way and bitch slapped us with it, and hard.

Russia created and deployed the most unexpected weapon that has ever been created and with expert precision, they used it against us, even though we were one mass of multiple moving targets.

They didn’t kill a single soul in the process. They didn’t have to.

Vladimir Putin

It was pure genius.

The other night I said that Russia couldn’t have done it any better, and that is hands down fact.

Puerto Rico – Getting Help, Painfully Slow

devistated-puerto-rico-crimeshop.jpg

Donald Trump’s Long Term Puerto Rico Plan?

Every morning this week the news is filled with sad and sometimes bitterly painful stories flooding out of Puerto Rico. People are starving, dying, and help has not made its way as quickly as it did to Texas and Florida.

trump-crazy-CrimeShop

A lot of people, myself included sat back and wondered in awe about Trump attacking the NFL when he should have been attacking what is going on in Puerto Rico last weekend. I mean really, that took some major stupidity on Trump’s part.

It’s all about priorities and Puerto Rico is part of the United States, I believe attacking the NFL could have been put on the back burner no?

Currently, you can’t just fly help to Puerto Rico, and from what I gather ships were sitting at the port this morning not unloading at all. Some have reported that over 10,000 containers with supplies in them are just sitting at the port, sitting!

Why?

That is an answer that is layers.

Puerto-Rico_Devistation-CrimeShop

First and foremost, you have the bureaucratic red tape issues, FEMA and Fed’s have to tour and see things and decide things…which strikes me as silly considering the governor of Puerto Rico and the mayor of San Juan have Carmen Yulín Cruz Soto, bless her heart, been on CNN every morning this week having toured the island pleading for help and describing in vivid, sometimes tearful detail the situation as it unfolds, daily.

Those that have been living it already and touring know way more at this stage than FEMA or the Feds.

If it were me, I’d let the governor take the lead on this one.

Puerto Rico Faces Extensive Damage After Hurricane Maria

According to a representative for the governor, only about a fifth of truck drivers have reported back to work at the port, it’s virtually impossible to contact many drivers since cell phone service and electricity are still down, and it also remains difficult to get gas for vehicles because the majority of the gas stations on the island are still currently closed.

roads-Puerto-Rico-CrimeShop

Additionally, debris continues to block roads on the island. The infrastructure on the island was already in need of some pretty major repair because hurricane Maria was the second to hit the island this year (hurricane Irma brushed the island prior to Maria).

-Puerto-Rico-After-Hurricane-Maria-crimeshop

All around it’s not an ideal situation, at least on the mainland we can get things and people in and out pretty quickly but since Puerto Rico is an island, it dramatically changes the situation and not in a good way.

Maria-Devistates-Puerto-Rico-CrimeShop

This morning Trump gave Puerto Rico a 10 day waiver from the Jones Act (a federal law that limits shipping to US ports by foreign vessels), which has left many questioning if 10 days is enough, because under the Jones Act, everything in Puerto Rico tends to cost about twice as much as anything here on the mainland.

With a US territory that has been virtually destroyed by mother nature, all the 10 day waiver does, is allow for more help to come in, in the long run it does not help Puerto Rico in anyway economically which is another part of the equation that has yet to be addressed.

So my question to Trump is, are we sweeping Puerto Rico under the rug here?

Is all of this help now just a band-aid just to stifle the cries for help long enough that we can just sweep Puerto Rico under the rug when the media isn’t looking or are we going to get our priorities straight and help our own out here in the long term?

Can Trump manage to find some part of himself to be a human being long enough to take a slight if not keen interest in helping to rebuild Puerto Rico?

Reddit – Up Next in The Russian Election Probe

Reddit_crimeshop

Social Media and the Russian Election Investigation

As we all know, Twitter has had to meet with the Senate Intelligence Committee with regards to the huge Russian influence in the 2016 Presidential Election, now Facebook is in the hot seat and looking forward and onward, it appears that the investigation is leaning towards Reddit next.

russian-election-investigation-crimeshop.jpg

And just where is this intel coming from? Well a little bird who happens to be a representative of Sen. Mark Warner, the committee’s top ranking Democrat.

What is a surprise to me is that Reddit was not first on the list.

Reddit is not shy about who or what they are and they are for sure no strangers to controversy by any means, whatsoever.

Reddit is after all one of the most popular if not most controversial websites one would peruse for meme’s (I find all of my favorite coffee meme’s on Reddit), but it’s also where viral stories tend to start.

Anonymous users are free to post and share quite a bit although Reddit does have rules, it’s still widely used to spread misinformation.

What’s more is that users take to forums to discuss those feelings, ideas and share input about what is going on in today’s government, which sometimes leads to misinformation being taken as actual fact.

Reddit however has made an honest effort to scale back on the misinformation as well as hate groups on the site which is actually commendable.

In February I believe it was, Reddit actually shut down a channel that was dedicated to a white supremacist group because of repeated violations of the terms of Reddit’s content policy.

Yet, it still doesn’t matter because hate groups tend to rise up and post where they can on the site still.

social_media_legislation-crimeshop

And that is the very problem with all of social media, since it’s free to signup and post content where do the social media giants draw the line?

social-media-policing-crimeshop.jpg

Furthermore why should they be held accountable?

It is after all the end users choice to believe whatever he or she really wants to believe.

While I quite agree that hate speech and hate groups have no business on the sites spreading hate, misinformation and the like, at the end of the day, we cannot and should not expect these social media giants to police everything because the sites are free for you and I to use.

It’s all about you, I, my brother, my dad, the end users making a choice to read and believe in whatever.

Social Media Logotype Background

I still see hundreds of fake news stories, ad’s and the like on Twitter and Facebook (don’t even get me started on gab),  almost every single day.

At some point, the end user or in this case the end readers have to be held just as accountable for buying into the fake news, the misinformation, the fake ad’s, and everything else.

It makes me just a little sick to my stomach truth be known to see that as a result of all of the Russian meddling through social media, fake news stories, etc, that we are now looking at potential legislation.

Imposing such legislation is like telling these social media outlets, “You are responsible for the American voters who made the choice to believe in the fake news, the fake ads…”

And quite frankly that does not sit well with me at all.

The reason I feel so strongly about this?

I’ll share a secret with you here, I have had some of the worst, I mean worst relationships in my life, most of which left me as part of a person for a very long time.

I blamed my choice to remain in those relationships on anyone and everyone including everything that I could.

I never wanted to take accountability for staying in those relationships, let alone getting into them in the first place.

All of that changed when I was invited to look at a couple of cold cases, I learned that I was better at working with the dead (part of the reason I write a lot about politics) than I was at being part of interpersonal relationships.

So now, try being a man hitting on me, I have actually made chasing men away a rather unique hobby.

I am happier being single because now my only weakness is coffee.

The point behind that story, is that it’s a choice and blame, we all make choices and the only people that we can hold accountable for that, is ourselves.

We cannot blame the social media giants for what happened here, each reader could have done his or her own homework at any time, they simply made the choice not to, and asking social media giants to do that, well it creates a police state, one in which the US Government approves what I am allowed to read, what information I am allowed to see and so on.

It is not a good situation at all because it is opening doors I do not believe the american people, if they really understood it all, would all that happy with.

Russia to America – We Know Your Citizens Better Than Your Government Does

facebook-mark-zuckerberg-russia-sponsored-ads-crimeshop.jpg

Mark Zuckerberg & his Facebook Russian Troll Farm Woes

Does anyone remember last year when Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg vowed to put an end to fake news on Facebook? I do, but as a woman one might expect that, always bringing up the good old days to toss it back in your face, at just the right moment.

Vladimir Putin

Perhaps Mark should have been more focused on all of those accounts that they identified on 9/6/17, that appeared to have had $100,000 in ad spending (the number could be much higher) from June of 2015 to May of 2017 that in fact, violated its policies, and were found to be linked to a Russian trolling farm…that was backed by the Russian Government.

mark-zuckerberg_crimeshop.jpg

Bravo Mark…bravo.

So now Mark seems a wee bit lost here, he went from full on denial to being open to “reviewing” proposed legislation should it pique his subtle interest.

Overall, Facebook had several opportunities to catch this and deal with it, long before it made headline news, like back in 2015.

The problems were:

Blatant Denial

Lack of Staff

Searching for any type of related ads

Taking our then President a bit more seriously

Having the ability to suck it up and take the blame gracefully

Stop blaming automated algorithms (Facebook’s favorite scapegoat), and just suck it up and take responsibility

facebook-crimeshop.jpg

Many are wondering and asking how Russia figured out who to target with these ads?

Social Media Logotype Background

Well, that is actually a pretty easy one. Russia, they knew what the average american dreamed of and wanted in terms of the perfect balance of its government and it’s people.

crimeshop_Social Media.jpg

We could spend all day and night trying to guess as to how they knew that, but the honest truth is, has anyone taken a walk through social media lately?

It’s an open book into what american’s think, feel, how we live, what we want, what we desire, our hopes, dreams, information about our interpersonal relationships, how we feel about our jobs, and how we feel about our government, what we would like to see it doing.

What we dislike about the government, a candidate, what we speculate, the rumor mill…you name it, I could go all day with this list.

The point is, that if I can see that within the first 5 minutes of being on any social media account that I have, so can everyone else, and it matters very little who you friend, block, unfriend. Things are shared whether you like it or not.

And let us not forget our own media here in the US, they tend to spread as much misinformation as they possibly can, rarely do a correction story, bring on “experts” to talk about what they think is going on and in general, report speculation and opinion as if they were facts.

It would not have taken much or long for the Russian’s to figure out just what type of fake news or ad’s it sponsored much less who to target.

All of that said, it does not negate the fact that people do not buy into what they do not believe or want to believe.

So many bought into the fake news and all of those fake ad’s because deep down, it was truly something they wanted to believe in.

You cannot package it any better than Russia did here.

They knew the American people better than our own government did at the time and I am willing to bet, that they still do.

U.S. Officially Declares War – Of Words with North Korea

ct-trump-north-korea-nuclear-war-crimeshop.jpg

Donald Trump and his verbal war with North Korea

North Korea’s foreign minister announced today that Donald Trump has declared war on North Korea and that, Pyongyang reserved the right to take countermeasures, up to and including shooting down U.S. bombers even if they are not in its air space.

north-korea-foreign-minister-crimeshop.jpg

This all stems from, as you might have guessed, Trump running his mouth against the advice of his advisers and tweeting…again.

Regardless, he still did not declare war on North Korea.

donald-trump-endorses-police-brutality-crimeshop

Trump may be a complete imbecile and a mouthy one at that, in terms of declaring actual war, he did not do that.

One thing I am pretty sure Trump knows for sure, it’s how to declare a war, in the official presidential capacity that is.

Kim-Jong-Un-attack-Trump-US-world-war3-crimeshop

As I stated last week, North Korea is simply attempting to get the US to strike first, in terms of starting a war.

Currently all we have is a war of words because neither side is quite ready just yet to actually go to war.

Part of the reason the US will not just start an actual war beyond just mere insults and poorly thought out tweets, happens to be because US intelligence officials know for a fact that North Korea does have nuclearized ICBM’S.

An ICBM by the way is a intercontinental ballistic missile, in the case of North Korea’s they have miniaturized nuclear warheads mounted to them.

Those missiles could potentially reach the US mainland and that is precisely why the US will not just strike first.

Not to mention we are also looking out for Japan and South Korea here, if not the entire world. A nuclear Missile landing and going off anywhere carries catastrophic and deadly consequences that would be felt worldwide.

north-korea-nuclear-war-crimeshop

Kim Jong-Un seems to think that Trump should just accept that North Korea has nuclearized ICBM’S, while Trump naturally, quite disagrees with that very idea.

Kim also has a few other demands that have yet to be met, of course asking for a seat at the table and then calling the US President names (not that I am excusing Trump here), doesn’t make Kim look adult enough to garner that sought after seat at the big kids table…aside from that, Kim does want to prove that he is both powerful and important.

Part of the reason North Korea just doesn’t strike first is because it would be a suicide mission for that nation and they know that.

Watching this all unfold is like watching a couple arguing. They just pick at one another until someone can get so far under the other person’s skin that it provokes a response that could never be taken back.

With tensions running pretty high between the two nations, I’d say both should take a step back for a little breather before making any rash decisions, insulting one another and insulting the leaders of each nation any further.

It’s time for cooler heads to prevail because these two world leaders behave like unruly children who just need a time out.

NFL vs Donald Trump

2017-NFLProtests_crimeshop

Colin Kaepernick’s Message to the United States

When Colin Kaepernick initially started kneeling during the national anthem it was because he simply wanted a conversation here in the United States.

His goal was clear, a national conversation with regards to race and justice in this country.

nfl-responds-to-trump-crimeshop

Little did he know what would end up happening would become so much more.

Not that this is a bad thing, quite the contrary, it has blossomed into one of the most intriguing and beautiful idea’s that has begun to sweep this nation and the world.

mentally -unfit_trump_crimeshop

Trump’s bigotry, his racist words, his womanizing ways, his hatred for others, all of that is now coming back to bite him in the arse.

As well as those that are like minded.

As I scroll through all of my social media accounts I see a mixture of comments, some that are in support of the many NFL teams and players that opted to kneel during the anthem this weekend and some that do not support them.

I support the police and military, I do not however support anything that President Trump stands for, nor do I support the very nature of both our judicial and prison systems.

I worked in them once and I see them for exactly what they are.

Both lost their way, long, long ago.

And the anthem no longer represents this country or it’s society that is made up of unique individuals who have come from many different cultures, that carry different ideals and beliefs.

Our ancestors came to America in part, to escape an oppressive society, this is the land of the free and as such we should be evolved enough to have grown past the need to believe that only those who are truly patriotic will rise for a simple song, one that no longer represents the people of this nation as a whole.

Because America is the land of the free, anyone is free to stand, kneel or ignore the anthem, they are no less american than those who rise for the anthem.

One of the best parts of being a human being is being able to evolve past things that no longer fit, and the anthem certainly no longer fits this nation.

trump-crazy-CrimeShop

Trumps suggestion that any player who doesn’t stand for the anthem should be fired shows clearly his level of intelligence.

The last time I checked, the United States Government does not actually own any of the NFL teams, therefore they are not in charge of hiring and firing any of the players.

While a lot of the stadiums are taxpayer subsidized, let’s not forget that city governments wanted those stadiums, and voters in those respective cities did vote for them. Still does not mean that the Federal Government gets any say whatsoever in how players choose to protest and still have zero say in firing or hiring.

Trumps bitter remarks serve as a sad reminder that he and his team only want to hold us back rather than move us forward.

How can anyone respect the anthem, the flag or what they might have once represented when we have a president who disrespects both on a daily basis not to mention the very people who stood by both once?

We have a president who fully supports racism, bigotry, sexism and inequality as he continues to demonstrate every single day.

This country is better served by being open to the ideals and beliefs of others, learning from one another rather than spreading hate and hanging onto things from our past that simply no longer serves us.

trump-vs-the-nfl-crimeshop.jpg

I commend the NFL, its players and every other athlete and individual who took knee this weekend instead of stand for something that no longer has any meaning to what this country and it’s people are today.

North Korea Threat – Not Donald Trump’s Fault

Kim-Jong-Un-attack-Trump-US-world-war3-crimeshop

Donald Trump and the Threat of North Korea

After scrolling through all of my social media accounts this past week, I elected to do something that you might find pretty rare for me.

We all know that I don’t really care for Donald Trump however, I keep reading a lot of comments from the mainstream media and individuals on social media, that indicate people feel that Trump is going to get the United States and all her glory into world war III.

These comments and suggestions are in response to Trump’s latest tangent about destroying North Korea, calling Kim-Jong-Un “Rocket Man.”

My favorite comment was just yesterday as I was up for a pre-work, workout at 4am, Sarah Huckabee Sanders went on air at FoxNews and responded to a question about how she felt about Trump referring to Kim-Jong-Un as “Rocket Man.”

She made some comment about Trump being a “Branding Genius.”

Coffee-CrimeShop

Now if you must know, I drink coffee a little dolled up during those early morning workouts (I wash the coffee down with a can of GoFast in the place of water), so I was forced to make the decision to choke the coffee down and risk coughing for a good 10 minutes because it’s hard to swallow and laugh, or spit the coffee out.

I elected to choke it down.

Trump is not a branding genius here, he stole someone else’s branding and repackaged it for his own purpose that particular day.

In any case, all this blaming Trump is nonsense, the reality is it would not matter one bit who was sitting in office right now, Kim-Jong-Un has been building weapons with the clear intent on destroying other parts of the world.

President-Donald-Trump-Crime-Shop

You can knock Trump all you want, it simply and point blank does not alter or change the fact that North Korea isn’t even his fault. It isn’t.

He isn’t even making it worse, it was already going to get worse regardless.

The fault goes all the way back to the Bush administration and even further back if you want to really dig up those old skeletons.

It is also the fault of other nations, in all reality all Trump is doing is simply attempting to manage the situation before it really gets out of hand.

Anyone sitting in office right now would be faced with the threat of North Korea, no matter what they did, said or how they responded to the threat.

It could be your grandmother, your mom, dad, sister, brother, uncle, Hillary Clinton, Obama, Bernie, the bum in the alley…

Kim-Jong-Un-CrimeShop

Name calling or diplomacy, either way Kim’s only way to respond is to attempt to goad us into starting a war.

You can try to sell it anyway that you’d like, it would not matter one single small or big, bit!

Kim-Jong-Un wants a war, and that man will do everything in his power to get that war.

North Korea is not Trump’s fault, the threat from North Korea was always inevitable.

The only suggestions that I would have for Trump would be, never trust your allies and stop dragging your feet here.

No more name calling, tweets, etc, it’s like watching my kids when they were little “Mom, she looked at me,’ ‘Mom he said I had a tail when I was born…”

If it were me, since Kim-Jong-Un is behaving like a child, I would treat him as such. I would let him know in no uncertain terms would I bother myself to respond to anything he does until he actually fires a missile at a country the could make land, let’s remember they can’t seem to do that quite yet.

In the meantime I would not respond to anything the man says, keep ordering sanctions and wait and watch.

You give a spoiled two-year old attention, they keep behaving badly because you give into the bad behaviors.

That is Trump’s only wrong doing here, he is responding to everything and he calls Kim names.

That other piece of advice, well in the world of politics never trust anyone, especially your allies. Even if you could, you can always find one or two within that allies court that are going to undermine them if for no other reason than, because some people just want to watch the world burn.

Case in point, it is widely believed that some of the technology used to create some of North Korea’s long range missiles came right out of Russia. However, in full disclosure, it’s 2017, the technology for building a a nuclear bomb is no longer considered leading edge, let alone rocket science.

North - Korea-Fires -Missile-Over - Japan-CrimeShop

Another more recent case in point, those long range missiles? They are being powered by a rare yet potent rocket fuel that American intelligence agencies believe initially came from China and Russia.

Even the best of allies have issues from within, you can never truly trust them.

At the end of the day, all of this blaming Trump for North Korea, it does actually strike me as a funny notion.

If anyone had paid attention many, many years ago, this writing was on the wall so very clearly, the threat from North Korea, was always going to happen eventually.

ADP, LLC – Hiring Undocumented Immigrants?

ADP - crimeshop

IRS – Not Reporting Employee Earnings Correctly to IRS Either?

ADP the largest employer of record in the United States is not actually verifying those I-9’s the employee’s fill out.

Trump-gets-scolded-by-China-Crimeshop

I have to ask because this is an open door that I simply cannot resist, I wonder how Trump feels about that?

First let’s break this down to the basics, ADP is simply an employer of record, and as such they are responsible for:

Payroll processing

Tax Deposits and filings

Employment contracts and paperwork

Maintaining a certificate of insurance

I-9 and EVerify

Unemployment Insurance

Workers Comp

Background checks and drug screens

Contract employee benefit package administration

Employee terminations

Employee issues

And more or less depending on the employer.

The employer of record carries many responsibilities as you can see. The employee often times actually works for an entirely different company, still  the same by all legal rights they are the employee of ADP or any agency like ADP.

In this particular case the paperwork the employee originally signed clearly stated that ADP was in fact the employer of record and not the actual company she reported to work for each day.

everify-crimeshop

ADP’s failure to verify that I-9 was brought to light in 2015, when the employee was informed that ADP had her social security number in wrong. They even failed to initially EVerify her because they did not have her social security number down correctly. Turns out they couldn’t read her tiny handwriting too well so someone just made up a number or guessed rather than double check with her.

Which is a problem wouldn’t you say? I mean legally they are supposed to EVerify every new employee however, if you don’t have that employee’s correct social security number down then how could you possibly do the I-9 verification?

This particular employee even questioned how ADP was able to actually get through the EVerify using the wrong social security number with her US issued driver’s license.

What is clear here is that no one is actually managing I-9/EVerify.

Not the Government, not the employers, no one is managing it, so it’s a waste. It’s a complete waste of time, effort and if no one is managing it, why are we even required to do it?

It’s just a piece of paper employers are told new employees must fill out but it’s not always actually checked, by anyone.

This particular employees tale actually goes from bad to worse. When ADP realized the error in social security numbers the employee was locked out of the old account, in the state she worked they do not require employers hand out a pay-check stub, so ADP never did, the employee’s log in on-line and print them if they need them.

They instead informed the employee to file her taxes using the last pay stub from the wrong social they input wrong, plus her W2 with the corrected social. What’s worse is that ADP at one point told the employee they deleted the old record and could not get her those earnings.

They just deleted the information? How is that even legal?

So they inadvertently locked her out of the old account before she could the pay stub and they never reopened it for her. Despite her many requests.

They created the new one however, the employee could never log into that, so she asked for her stub’s to be emailed to her. ADP refused and this went on for about a year, come 2016 the employee never received a W2, despite the fact that she kept requesting one.

Eventually around June she was able to get one from ADP which she sent back because it did not include all of her earnings for the tax year 2015, ADP again refused to simply move the earnings from the bad account into the new one…

They instead informed the employee to file her taxes using the last pay stub from the wrong social they input wrong, plus her W2 with the corrected social.

Now I am not tax expert but I’d to think at least the IRS would question an individual attempting to file a return using multiple social security numbers.

The issue was never resolved.

When the employee quit her position and moved in January of 2017 she called ADP to update her address so she would at least get her W2 for 2016.

She never received one and has called, emailed and responded to emails from ADP just about every month this year, to date they have refused to send her W2. So her plan is to just file her federal return with a made up number and let the IRS sort it out.

I commend that plan because she has also tried to phone the IRS, seems they are so busy the hold times have been over 30 minutes and she works during the day so it is not feasible to try to call them.

So not only is ADP refusing to send a W2, they are not verifying whether or not someone has a legal right to work in the US. Which makes all of you employers who use ADP, liable.

Not to mention you open yourselves up to ICE raids, and what of the IRS?

How is the IRS sure ADP is even reporting employee earnings correctly when they are not even able to input one employee’s social security number correctly.

How many other employee’s has this happened to?

That is the problem, no one could ever really truly say or know.

Wiretapping Trump’s Campaign Chairman

U.S. Government – Donald Trump – Russia Investigation

As each day passes it become more and more evident that Trump, his team and Russia all got together and made a plan so as to sway the 2016 US Presidential Election.

Vladimir Putin

Of course each side had it’s own goal.

Russia wanted a president that it could better control while Trump, he just wanted to be king for a day and to turn the US Presidency into something that it was not, which he is learning is a much more difficult task than he thought it to be.

In the latest news, the US Government ordered that Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort be wiretapped under secret court orders both, before and after the election.

In fact, the US continued listening in this year, which included a period when dear old Paul was known to converse with Trump.

The US Government doesn’t just wake up one day and decide to wiretap someone without cause so it’s pretty clear that some had already suspected Russia, Trump and his team were at the ball dancing long before anyone cast a US vote.

It is rather interesting however as to what actually prompted the wiretapping in the first place.

A secret order authorized by the court that handles FISA began shortly after Paul became the subject of an FBI investigation that began in, 2014.

That investigation centered on work done by a group of Washington consulting firms for Ukraine’s former ruling party.

Trump really should have done his homework a little better when selecting some of his team…that is just simply my take on it.

At any rate, the original surveillance was discontinued at some point last year for lack of evidence, then the FBI  restarted the surveillance after obtaining a new FISA warrant that extended at least into early this year.

And that second warrant was part of the FBI’s efforts to investigate ties between Trump campaign associates and suspected Russian operatives.

So as many of us had suspected and stated, James Comey at some point realized what was actually going on and so did his people.

At least 3 individuals close to the investigation have given the impression that Paul “encouraged” Russia assist with the Trump campaign. This has not been entirely confirmed yet however, I am sure it will eventually be confirmed as factual.

Robert Mueller’s team, which is leading the investigation into Russia’s involvement in the election, has been provided details of these communications.

Sources are also saying and forgive me but this is rather odd considering they had a wiretap, that The FBI wasn’t actually listening back in June of 2016, when Donald Trump Jr. led a meeting that included Paul Manafort, and Jared Kushner, with a Russian lawyer who had promised negative information on Hillary Clinton.

So, it was selective listening? Really?

I find that highly doubtful…

The second surveillance was stopped when lawyers for Trump and Paul insisted that they stop.

Trump Departs D.C. As He Takes Working-Class Hero Tour To Divided Detroit Union

Trump seems to have created a rather nice buffer between himself and his goons who actually did the bidding and worked with Russia.

Not the smartest of moves, because when you deal with human beings eventually, you run across one or two that are wise to the game and refuse to go down alone.
