Trump Impeachment Total Joke?

Impeachment Hearings

Cristal M Clark

Did anyone watch the impeachment hearings the last two weeks? If you did, like me you found them to be a complete and total predictable bore. Does anyone other than CNN feel they were a waste of time?

The House had been looking into whether Trump improperly pressured the new president of Ukraine to conduct an investigation into potential political rival Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter, by holding up military aid and a White House visit.

That’s it huh?

So he asked for dirt on a political rival by withholding taxpayer dollars from a country the majority of the US doesn’t want money going to in the first place?

Do you know how political rivals get dirt on each other?

They pull shit like this, the only difference is that Donald Trump is more in your face about it, he simply does not give AF and chooses to just do it right in front of us.

Just because presidents of the past didn’t get caught doesn’t mean they never did it, in any capacity up to and including withholding aid, blackmail, tariffs, etc.

I honestly feel like Trump should be scolded for pissing on the carpet and we should all just move on.

And let’s not forget that the majority of American’s are sick of the US supplying foreign aid to any nation while neglecting to dump funds into our own nationwide problems and issues. Trump’s supporters have not ever for one second lost sight of that, in fact I am shocked he did not get a standing ovation over this.

Aside from all of that does anyone really think the majority of the Senate will vote to impeach? The majority happens to be the Republican Party who has not wavered in its support of our president.

I don’t always agree with Trump or his policies, his Tweets but honestly this impeachment crap is just garbage. Every politician does it, they just don’t do it as publicly as Donald Trump and the reality since CNN loves doing those daily reality checks is actually pretty simple.

Donald Trump already knew politicians do things like this, they do it discreetly and privately so as not to get caught and Donald Trump is showing the entire world just how messed up US politics are, he’ll do the same thing someone else has done but he’ll do it right in our faces.

That is not a crime, supporting his country by withholding aid to anyone for whatever reason he chooses is not a crime, whether or not it is for personal gain, to get dirt on someone, it’s not like he diverting the funds to his own bank account.

Maybe now that the public hearings are over the mainstream media can find something else to shove down out throats until we can’t breathe until the next thing and so on.

Lawyer Caught with Hand in the Cookie Jar

Florida-Lawyer-Makes $1 Million-from-fake-lawsuits-crimeshop.jpeg

Davie, Florida

Cristal M Clark

For Christs Sake, here we go again, Florida can you please get your shit together already?

Attorney Stuart Finkelstein, 65 was arrested today and released on $150,000 bail after an appearance in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Why you may be asking? Why don’t people trust politicians and lawyers?

Because…they are well known to lie, cover up the truth, concealing it from the peering eyes of juries, voters and the system as a whole.

Our good friend Stuart Finkelstein actually proves that point but also takes it a wee step further. Turns out that Stuart collected nearly $1 million in fees by filing over 300 unauthorized lawsuits alleging violations of laws protecting disabled Americans in New York and Florida.

Stuart Finkelstein, 65, of Davie, Florida-crimeshop

By the way, Stuart has been known as a hack attorney since 2007 in New York at the least, he has been barred from practicing law in New York until 2016.

The lawsuit says that Stuart Finkelstein stole the identities of 2 individuals to file lawsuits in New York and Florida. The lawsuits claimed that the individuals were unable to access public establishments because they did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Seems legit except for one small detail, the ummm named individuals had never actually tried to go into the establishments and Stuart did not represent them as an attorney.

U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said that “Stuart Finkelstein engaged in a galling scheme that was as profitable as it was brazen from at least October 2013 through last May.”

The actual criminal complaint filed in Manhattan federal court said Stuart Finkelstein made false representations to various establishments before suing them in the Southern District of New York and the Southern District of Florida. It also said he obstructed official judicial proceedings and then settled the fake lawsuits to collect about $930,000 in attorney fees.

And, he has also been charged with mail fraud, aggravated identity theft obstruction of justice and making false declarations to a court.

Previous news articles from New York and Florida earlier in the year may have lead authorities to Stuart’s door, the articles alleged the scheme and pointed out that Stuart usually targeted small businesses.

Of course Stuart plead not guilty, I mean…let’s hope his has good counsel.

Disney + and Thrust

Whilst User Accounts Being Hacked

Cristal M Clark

Disney, the happiest place in the world, Disney + wants to be the happiest new Netflix, turns out it may be the happiest, just not the safest in the world. Mere hours after the service went live, hackers delightfully started hacking user accounts and selling user information whilst users enjoyed Disney + and Thrust.

Now many of these accounts are now being offered for free on hacking forums, or available for sale for prices varying from $3 to $11. If that wasn’t bad enough when the service launched last week, they also faced backlash for a multitude of technical issues. Which left users unable to stream their favorite movies and shows.

What alerted Disney + to the hacking was users angered because they suddenly lost access to their accounts thereby canceling the planned Disney + and Thrust night or afternoon, morning, whichever.

Of course the angry users ran to social media to vent their frustrations, which in turn got the attention of Disney.

It’s been suggested the hacks may have occurred due to Disney+ credentials having been obtained from users infected with keylogging or info-stealing malware because this is Disney folks, they will not admit to a vulnerability in their new streaming service.

And now, hacking forums have been flooded with Disney + accounts, with ads offering access to thousands of account credentials. Also note from the site above this guy is giving out free giveaways…of what folks I have not a clue

So what is Disney + doing about this? No one is sure really, they have not rolled out support for multi-factor authentication which would really resolve the issue but that’s on Disney +.

Remember folks, if you are planning to Disney + and Thrust, stay safe my friends, stay safe.

WTH Iowa?

Iowa Illegally Jails Hackers

Cristal M Clark

In rather shocking move, Iowa arrested hackers, hackers the State of Iowa contracted through Coalfire in an effort to conduct a penetration test to see if it were possible for a hacker to access sensitive data.

Coalfire by the way is a very well known and prominent cybersecurity company often times hired and contracted to perform such tests worldwide.

Two Coalfire employees were arrested for being able to obtain sensitive data by hacking into the county courthouses servers.

The two Coalfire employees, Justin Wynn, 29, of Naples, Florida, and Gary Demercurio, 43, of Seattle found a door to the Dallas Courthouse open, and when they closed the door to see if it would lock and then attempted to open it, an alarm was set off. Following protocol, the employees waited for police to arrive and showed them their paperwork. Initially, they were told they were “good to go.” Until the local sheriff showed up and put them up for the night in jail.

They have been charged with third-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools after they tripped the alarm at the Dallas County Courthouse.

Coalfire CEO Tom McAndrew: “Our employees were doing the job that Coalfire was hired to do for the Iowa State Judicial Branch. Coalfire was successful in performing security testing, which is an important component of a cyber-security program. Testing is critical to identify vulnerabilities that can be exploited by cybercriminals.”

This move is quite frankly really inept on the part of the State of Iowa, it would appear that some idiot within the State of Iowa lacks the intelligence to read and fully understand let alone comprehend a simple contract which states the Coalfire employees will in fact “pick locks” did this bloody fool think they were picking the locks to the front door?

Not to mention the part of the issues are employees conducting the work outside of normal business hours? Yes, clearly not a single individual within the state of Iowa understands that in the cybersecurity industry a lot of what they do and test is after fucking hours.

While many cybersecurity employees are approached by law enforcement for setting off alarms nationwide, this is a first in terms of two men being arrested and subsequently charged. Charges the men have plead not guilty to.

This incident could be the start of some very bad vibes between states and testing companies in the runup to 2020. Across the country, similar companies are already getting ready to vet the security of hundreds of local elections ahead of 2020, amid widespread fears that Russia will try to interfere as it did in 2016.

Let’s hope Iowa gets its shit together and drops the charges for Justin and Gary who were simply doing what Iowa HIRED them to do, should they refrain to do so they are by default urging every cybersecurity company to refuse to work with every other state in the United States.

Nicely done Iowa, nicely done.

Florida Man Gets So Pissed Over Loss – He Sets Vehicle on Fire with Victim Inside

Pasco County Florida

Cristal M Clark

When it comes to Florida and crazy crime, the two actually go together quite nicely and if you have ever had the opportunity to visit Florida, you understand that all to well.

But this story, well it takes the cake.

According to the Florida Pasco, County sheriff one man got so pissed off over losing a card game to a fellow player that he set the man’s car on fire, with the man inside of said motorized transport back in October. 21-year-old Michael Psilakis burned the victim beyond recognition after the victim won thousands of dollars in a card game.

According to a witness, also at the card game, Michael Psilakis first lost $1,000 in a first-round with the victim. He tried to regain his money in another game and instead lost an additional $2,500.

The witness stated that Michael then sent a text message to him asking if he should just kill the victim.

Michael told the victim that he had something for him. Later Michael texted the witness while he was spending time with the victim that he was still thinking about shooting him.

Sadly, the story does not have a happy ending, the victim was reported missing on October 30 by his mother, who told the police that she had not seen him in days. He had allegedly been driving a Hertz rental car, which was later reported stolen. The victim was subsequently found in the burned wreckage of his motorized transport on November 1.

When investigators located Michael Psilakis, they saw burn marks on his legs during an interview they did at his mother’s house. He told the officer his girlfriend had thrown hot oil at him during an argument.

Michael’s mother then contacted the authorities saying she had found blood scattered in several locations around the house.

When he called home, his mother allowed the police to record the call. During that call, he changed his story and said the burns were sustained while he was putting gas in his vehicle and asked his mother to tell the authorities the same thing.

He was arrested soon after at his mother’s house, where a stolen weapon was also recovered inside of a vehicle he had stolen.

Authorities also looked through his phone to find an interesting search history like how to treat burns.

Michael is facing multiple charges and it from what I am guessing, will not see the light of day for a very long time.

Black Death Strikes Again

Inner Mongolia, China

Cristal M Clark

Sometimes when things make a comeback, such as fashion from the 70’s we love it, big hair from the 80’s not so much.

The same can be said for the Black Death, yes the plague, you know the disease that wiped out roughly one third of Europe way back in the 14th century, well it  has made an unsurprising comeback, this time in China. In fact, it has sickened two individuals in Inner Mongolia, which just so happens to be an autonomous region of northern China.

Truthfully, the plague has never really been wiped out entirely, the World Health Organization reports that they see between 1,000 and 2,000 reported cases a year.

So what’s the deal? Why is the news blowing this up now?

Well, the middle-aged married couple afflicted with the plague currently has a virulent version of the infection called pneumonic plague. Pneumonic plague is nearly always fatal if not properly treated.

In most cases when individuals are infected with the plague with the proper prompt treatment it is resolved.

There are 3 variants of plague, with the most common being that of the bubonic plague, which has a mortality rate of 1 to 15 percent if treated immediately, but it’s fairly hard to really determine the proper death rate because cases in the developing world aren’t often reliably diagnosed as you might imagine.

Then we have septicemic plague, which can develop if bubonic plague is left untreated. 2 Mongolians were got the plague back in May after they ate the raw kidney of a marmot, that couple subsequently died of septicemic plague. Ironically, in the region it is believed eating  the raw innards of a marmot will bring someone good health.

Lastly, the least common  and most deadly variant of the plague happens to be pneumonic, which the 2 patients from Inner Mongolia are experiencing. That infection, which can result from untreated plague that’s spread to the lungs, can spread through airborne droplets.

This variant is what nightmares have been made from, the infected individual will develop intensely painful, red “buboes” around the site of their infection which are really just swollen lymph nodes doing what they do, try to rid the body of the bacteria responsible for the illness.

The buboes are followed by a high fever, chills, and extreme weakness. Then the plague circulates to the bloodstream or the lungs it will cause the unsightly blackening and dead skin.

The United States reports about 7 human plague cases each year, usually just the bubonic form.

And so far, no vaccine exists which can protect anyone from the plague.

Political Themed Ransomware is Finally Here

Trump and Clinton Ransomware Hits the Internet

Cristal M Clark

I’ve actually been wondering where our political themed ransomware is, like scammers have literally tried everything else right? Well the good news is, political themed ransomware is finally here.

Cisco Talos Group discovered a payload named Trump.exe meaning that malware developers have finally begun to add some politics in with their malicious payloads.

Computer hacker or Cyber attack concept background

Cisco Talos found the politically-themed payload while investigating a recent MalSpam campaign, then they decided to look into other malicious programs that contained political references or themes and found hundreds of other examples.

The Talos Group discovered a ransomware called the “Donald Trump Screen of Death,” which is a screen locker. The screen locker attempts to lock users out of Windows while showing them various pictures of President Trump, which gives me daymares honestly.

They also found a program called the Trump Crypter which is used to obfuscate malware code so that it cannot be detected by security software.

This actually has been going on for just a little while.

Does anyone remember the “CIA Election AntiCheat Control”  that had been discovered back in 2016, that showed a picture of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump that told victims to send $50 or their vote in the upcoming election wouldn’t count?

Then there’s the harmless program called Dancing Hillary that allowed users to make Hillary Clinton dance.

President Barack Obama’s likeness has sadly also been used by malware developers to create an injector with an Obama theme. This injector can be used to inject malicious code into legitimate processes in an attempt to evade security software.

And because 2020 is an election year, my guess is we are going to start to see a hell of a lot more of this going around.

Illegally Imprisoned – Man Fighting to Get Released

Iowa Court of Appeals vs Benjamin Schreiber

Cristal M Clark

Benjamin Schreiber was sentenced to life in prison without parole in 1997 after being convicted of first-degree murder. Benjamin says that his life sentence has been fulfilled and he should be released because he claims that he momentarily died back in March.

Technically speaking if he did actually die momentarily, he did serve his life sentence but the Iowa Court of Appeals is just not having it on this one.

See Benjamin developed large kidney stones that led to septic poisoning, according to court documents.

He eventually fell unconscious in his cell in March and was taken to a local hospital, where he was resuscitated five separate times. Meaning that his sentence has been fulfilled and he argues, he is imprisoned illegally and should be immediately released.

In its opinion, the appeals court said a “plain reading” of Iowa law says defendants guilty of a class A felony “must spend the rest of their natural life in prison, regardless of how long that period of time ends up being or any events occurring before the defendant’s life ends.”

The reality is however, that every legality, every law is based off of interpretation, meaning that whilst you and I might interpret one thing a certain way, a judge may see it an entirely different way.

I am not one to advocate a convicted murderer but honestly he legally died therefore my interpretation of the law is that he is in fact being held illegally.

My guess is that Benjamin is going to take his case to a higher court, he has been turned down by the lower courts and now the Iowa Court of Appeals. You kind of have to hand it to the guy for coming up with such clever way to fight the rest of his life sentence.

Smugglers Outsmart Trump’s Border Wall

Trump’s Border Wall – A Complete Joke

Cristal M Clark

We’ve sort of seen it all with Trump’s wall, people climbing it, digging under it, stealing parts of it and now, it appears that smugglers have decided, fuck it and are in fact, cutting right through the wall.

US agents and officials with knowledge of border wall damage are reporting to multiple news outlets that yes, smugglers have been cutting through the steel and concrete portions of the wall, creating openings wide enough for people and drugs to be smuggled through said openings.

What’s really funny is that Trump really does not seem to be bothered by this news, in fact when asked about it, his response was “You can cut through just about anything.”

Tf? Didn’t he inform the world a couple of weeks ago that he was building a wall in Colorado that you can’t cut, crawl over or dig under?

The smugglers are utilizing reciprocating saws which can cut through the bollards in a matter of minutes. Taking it a step further, smugglers also try to hide a breach in the barrier, by returning the cut in the bollard to its original position or using a putty that looks like the hole has been fixed, so that they can keep using that opening.

Regardless of being fixed and welding the damaged bollards, smugglers still return to the same spot because the metal and the concrete at the bollards’ cores have already been weakened, making it easier to damage again.

You sort of have to hand it to the cartels and smugglers for showing us all just how pathetically ridiculous Trump’s ideas for keeping the US safe from illegal imigration and drugs, and  just fail, over and over again.

And BTW the wall at the southern border and all of it’s fixes are being paid for by us, US taxpayers.
