Iran, Russia and China Watching The GOP

They Know Who Is Willing To Sell Out the United States

Cristal M Clark

Some of today’s catchy headlines:

“CEOs Urge Congress to Certify Biden’s Electoral College Win” – Tells you how they feel about Trump

“Georgia phone call adds to Trump’s mounting legal peril”

“Federal Judge hints at possible discipline against lawyer in election lawsuit” – the lawsuits are being brought on by voters who stupidly buy into some election fraud ideas that Trump is floating

“Trump’s goal was never proving fraud, the goal was making Trump happy” because he knows full well that all of this fake election fraud news is untrue he is attempting to secure a win fraudulently and if cannot get that he wants to fuck the us election system and process.

“A President who has lost it”

“Law firm concerned about partner involved in Trump’s find votes call”

“This is the cost of a failed impeachment”– Trump is currently doing what he was impeached for, that Ukrane call?

“Democrats are urging the FBI to investigate Trump’s Georgia call” – again he was impeached for the very same thing everyone. Donald Trump was asking Georgia to discredit legal votes and create fake votes that would secure a Trump win, listen to the audio it is crystal clear. Furthermore millions of American citizens are urging the FBI to investigate it, Independents, Republicans and Democrats and everyone in between.

“Trump and Co know that there was no election fraud”

Now we get to see which Republicans are willing to vote on whether or not they care more for Donald J Trump or Democracy. That is right they are going to sidestep those oaths they took. They are not stupid people you know, they get paid a lovely paycheck, never have to worry about a pandemic putting them out of work, they care more about that paycheck than they do actual Democracy. They are selling out the US Constitution and every single American Citizen. They are attempting a coup. Morons.

Far from moral or ethical individuals, very far.

Anyone care to guess what might be worse than that? Right, Russia, Iran and China – they are watching for who is a sell out and who is not, so here in the US we can kiss democracy goodbye. Because these GOP members care more about the paycheck than the oath that they took.

What makes this all the more worse, the Trump supporters who blindly follow along knowing he is lying they just don’t want Biden in office. These people are completely mentally challenged, you know Russia, China and Iran are watching you too right? They are seeing just who cares about the Constitution, Democracy, and that should terrify everyone because it clearly illustrates how delicate it is, how easy it will be for any one of them or all of them combined to buy politicians and your votes for their own gains.

American’s To Congress – “It’s Time To Invoke The 25th Amendment”

It’s Time To Lock Donald Trump Up

Cristal M Clark

“The Congress may by law provide for the case of removal, death, resignation or inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what officer shall then be President, or, in case of inability, act as President, and such officer shall be or act as President accordingly, until a President shall be elected or, in case of inability, until the inability shall be earlier removed. The commencement and termination of any inability shall be determined by such method as Congress shall by law provide.”

It is time to remove this mentally ill disaster from office now. American’s are sick and tired of Donald J Trump and his bullshit. Everyone I am sure by now has heard his recorded call with Georgia officials, trying to strong-arm them into changing the election results.

Furthermore, every single Republican vowing to challenge the electoral vote should be stripped of power immediately because they took an oath they are violating that oath.

Donald Trump is willing to break the law, he is attempting to steal the election publicly, and Congress is turning a blind eye to this? Are you kidding me? This man is breaking the law ladies and gentlemen. If it were you or I attempting to threaten officials in order to change the results of an election do you know where we’d be sitting tonight?

We are tired of this argument, Trump lost period, end of story. Move on because continuing the argument or supporting it is starting to make a mockery of our elections and sends a clear message to voters that our votes do in fact, not matter.

Donald Trump and his loyalists are deranged and dangerous. By allowing these fools to continue these antics and try to fraudulently change the results of the election you all lose voters, no matter what side of the coin any of us is on you will lose us and new parties will be formed to take the place of our two currently useless parties.

It is time to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Trump from office immediately and legally charge him for attempting election fraud. He deserves no less than prison.

REvil – Terrorist Hacking Group Has Dirt on Donald Trump

Donald Trump’s Dirty Laundry Emails – Sold

Cristal M Clark

REvil also known as Sodinukai has managed to successfully hack a celebrity New York law firm and the hackers are claiming that they have dirt on US President Donald Trump.

The group has threatened Trump with publishing what they say are damaging emails should they not receive a ransom of $42 million. Just chump change right?

REvil has long been considered a terrorist group, they have a long and vibrant history of cyber attacks, earlier this year they hit UK’s Travelx who subsequently paid a $2.3 million ransom.

The group locks down systems, and then they exfiltrate data before encrypting it and use this as leverage to facilitate ransom payment. For those that refuse to pay up, the hackers publish documents from the stolen haul, just like when Tesla, SpaceX and Lockheed Martin got hit in an attack by a different group against a parts supplier earlier this year.

The FBI has for the first time every dubbed the ransom attack as a direct act of terrorism and REvil did not really care for being dubbed terrorists: “We read the position of the authorities. Declare this an act of terrorism. Your position is your choice. This will not affect our work in any way. It’s just that it can completely erase certain frames that we still observed. But now is not about that. Mr. Lawyer says that Donald has never been their client. And he says that we are bluffing. Oh well. The first part, with the most harmless information, we will post here.” And of course they did keep their word and published 169 harmless emails that mention Trump in one way or another.

In a new ransom note rant, the criminals said that they will in no uncertain terms “auction customer data every week,” in last name order on a dark web trading site. “This data will be bought either by the stars themselves, or various media and blackmail them then, or simply kind people with good intentions. We do not care. The main thing is we will get the money,” they vowed.

Then they took it a step further, the group taunted the FBI and its ability to “decipher elliptic cryptography,” referring to them as idiots. The REvil gang says it will “have fun watching with popcorn.”

The ransom note ends with the following warning to President Trump himself: “I would hurry up. In the place of your competitor, I would buy all the data and put it right at the start of the election. That would be fun. But you can get ahead of him.”

The reality is, what do they really have on the president? Could be a lot and it more than likely is nothing. Threatening the US president does not sit well with the Department of Justice, it entices them to hunt those in the group down and bring them to the United States for prosecution. I did however find the threat to Trump himself a rather bit hilarious, Joe Biden is not going to pay for any of the stolen goods on Trump and if he did, he would not know what to do with it, CNN on the other hand, they might be willing to pay for the stolen data just to get any dirt on Trump that they can.

The hackers have said that someone paid them for the stolen data however and not a soul knows who purchased the data much less what they intend on doing with the stolen data.

Missing – And Living It Up

mark-espinosa-fbi-crimeshop

FBI – Louisville, Kentucky

By: Cristal M Clark

Meet Mark Mark Espinosa, 29, who was working for GardaWorld when he went missing on Dec. 5, 2018 near the Jefferson Mall in Louisville, Kentucky.

gardaworld-crimeshop

No Mark did not end up the victim of a kidnapping.

Apparently, Mark decided it would be more financially to just vanish from work, with around $850,000 and then subsequently, skip town.

mark-espinosa-1-crimeshop

Not only did he just stroll off the job with the money, he also just strolled away from his family who is cooperating with investigators in an effort to track this highly intelligent individual down.

Understandably, Mark was let go from his position at GardaWorld and investigators have stated that all signs point to Mark having carefully planned this theft out.

Good Old Mark has been charged with theft of an interstate shipment and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest on Dec. 10.

Take a good look at Mark

espinosacollage-crimeshop

Mark is described as a 5-foot-10 inch white male between 230 to 235 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Mark has a large scar on his right arm from his shoulder to his elbow, and a scar on one shoulder.

Investigators said he has ties to the Northeast, and family members on the West Coast, and in Texas and Florida.

Anyone with information on the case is urged to contact the FBI field office in Louisville at 502-263-6000.

Kelsey Berreth – Missing

missing-kelsey-berreth-crimeshop

Woodland Park, Colorado

woodland park-colorado-crimeshop

Kelsey was last seen publicly on surveillance cameras shopping at the Safeway in Woodland Park with her daughter on Thanksgiving. Officers said she later exchanged her daughter with her fiance and that was the last time anyone has seen her.

Oddly, 10 days went by before anyone reported her missing and even more odd, just 3 days after anyone last saw Kelsey, on November 25th, police say her cell phone pinged in Gooding, Idaho roughly 800 miles away from Woodland Park.

Her family has said that this is not like Kelsey who is a devoted mother, close to her family and devoted to her job as an aviation instructor at Doss Aviation in Pueblo, Colorado.

The phone went on to send a text from Kelsey’s phone to her employer stating that she would not be into work the following week. Police say Kelsey’s fiancé, Patrick Frasee, is being cooperative. He told police the last text he received from her phone was on November 25th as well.

He told officers he had not seen her since Thanksgiving when he met to exchange their daughter.

He also did not report her missing, it was Kelsey’s mother who did that on December 2nd.

A search of her home revealed nothing missing, nothing to indicate she had planned a trip or any type of travel.

It also did not appear that a struggle took place.

At this juncture police are treating the case as a missing persons case however, my belief based off of what I have seen and am sensing, deeply, if you catch my drift, is that they should be looking at the case differently.

kelsey-berreth-crimeshop

No mother would just up and leave her small child without a reason. Additionally, Kelsey seemed to be leading a happy, productive life.

Although to play devil’s advocate, people have gone to great lengths to up and vanish when life has simply become too much.

I do not believe this is the case here, however.

It is pure, seemingly planned coincidence that the phone pinged from 800 miles away, 3 days after she went missing. It feels too planned.

That also happens to be a fairly common maneuver of someone who is attempting to cover his or her tracks.

The reality of that is when you do not see obvious signs of a struggle, or any indication that she was going somewhere she did not want to go, she ended up leaving with someone that she knows and trusted.

Because that text gave a lot more away than the sender intended it would, something not good happened, things are quite amiss.

And that would have had to have been someone who is close to her.

Close enough to know how to get into her phone should she not be able to do that herself.

Most parents of small children tend to make sure they keep cell phones locked down because kids love playing with them.

My sense is that the phone and Kelsey were not together at least in the physical living sense at the time the text was sent.

I am more curious as to why it was that Kelsey’s fiancé had not reported her missing, no concern for the woman he was engaged to?

Police should refocus the investigation because it was no coincidence that the texts came 3 days after she had gone missing from another state.

Trump and Media Blame One Another for Bombs Being Sent

pipe-bombs-crimeshop

Donald Trump vs Mainstream Media

When it’s just too much.

mainstream-media-fake-news-crimeshop

This morning I watched the overwhelming message from the mainstream media in that the bombs being sent are Donald Trump’s fault for inciting violence against those that are well, against Trump.

donald-trump-drunk-af-crimeshop

While Trump on the other hand, blamed the mainstream media for inciting the bombs because well, they are not Trump supporters.

I found it all around to be in rather poor taste and simply too much to be completely honest with you.

media-mainstream-crimeshop

The mainstream media seemed to feel that Trump had missed the mark yet again by not bringing America together in some magical fashion and coddle everyone so they all felt safe.

A move any realistic individual knows all to well, that Trump is not going to make, ever at any moment in time. He lives off of the drama and bringing Americans together does not afford the needed drama, panic and fear mongering that he enjoys.

The media could not help but sling insults towards Trump all morning long.

The words that were spoken were just pure hatred.

Again, I do not like Donald Trump, I do not respect him in the least and truly believe if it were not for his cabinet, the US Military, the CIA and the FBI, that the US would be in a dangerous situation simply because he ran for the office of the US Presidency, without bothering himself to become knowledgeable enough about it to actually perform the job even close to adequately.

But I am not going to blame him for a lunatic sending pipe bombs all over.

protest-trump-era-crimeshop

He incites a lot of things on both sides, even in the middle.

Then again, so does the mainstream media.

propaganda-media-controls-us-crimeshop

In fact, the mainstream media is slightly more to blame for inciting a lot of angst simply because they know better.

Claiming not to would be the biggest lie of all.

Trump does what Trump does simply because he is not educated enough to know not to do it.

The media on the other hand knows better.

Trump did not seem to care how the mainstream media felt quite frankly.

A very big part of the Anger we see today in our society is caused by the purposely false and inaccurate reporting of the Mainstream Media that I refer to as Fake News,” Trump tweeted. “It has gotten so bad and hateful that it is beyond description.”

“Mainstream Media must clean up its act, FAST!”

Trump has declared the media as the enemy of the people in the past and the media today was quick to continue to shove that down everyone’s throat.

It seemed to set off a quite a bit of finger pointing this morning.

Sticks and stones and shocking, not a single person’s bones were broken.

The point being, while I am far from Trump’s biggest fan, I am not a fan at all, we all know how the man is.

If the media feels that strongly about bringing Americans together as a united front that will not be intimidated by threats of violence, perhaps they should do a little more of practicing what it is that they preach.

That is correct, get off the high horse and rather than point the finger at Trump, do and say something inspiring, encourage viewers to be aware, report suspicious activity, try to recall anything recent that just did not seem right and report it within reason.

Do you know what happens when you stop paying attention to a three-year-old having a tantrum?

It stops throwing the tantrum.

Trump likes the blame and hatred, maybe the media could bother itself to stop doing that long enough to evolve past it and rise above.

Knowledge is power, we are full of knowledge about who and what Trump is, he loves the pipe bomb stories, so turn those stories into something he is not going to love.

Stop blaming him, you only make yourselves appear desperate for ratings.

nypd-pipe-bombs-crimeshop

Focus the viewers attention back to the actual issue at hand so as to better law enforcement’s ability to catch whomever this is more quickly, you know before someone actually gets hurt.

Catholic Church – Sex Abuse

Catholic-child abuse-crimeshop.jpeg

Pedophilia Runs Rife in the Church

Truthfully this is not new news.

Accusations of molestation by priests in the church date back to the 1950s however, it was first given significant media attention in the 1980s, throughout the United States and Canada.

By the time the 1990s rolled around, more and more news about the molestation began to grow, with stories emerging in Argentina, Australia, well globally. By 1995, the Archbishop of Vienna, Austria, stepped down amid sexual abuse allegations.

It also brought to light, stories of widespread historical abuse in Ireland.

In the early 2000’s the news broke into very major and damaging news stories.

catholic-church-crimeshop.jpg

Today, it never comes as much of a surprise to the world to hear another story of a priest who spent years molesting children. It is even less of a surprise to hear that the church spent years covering that abuse up.

A Church-commissioned report in 2004 documented more than 4,000 US Roman Catholic priests had faced sexual abuse allegations in the last 50 years, involving more than 10,000 children – mostly boys.

FILE PHOTO: Storm clouds pass over a Roman Catholic church in Pittsburgh

In 2009 a report found that sexual and psychological abuse was “endemic” in Catholic-run industrial schools and orphanages in Ireland for most of the 20th Century.

More recently:

  • In August 2018, a Pennsylvania grand jury named more than 300 clergy in a report which found more than 1,000 children had been abused

  • Australian Archbishop Philip Wilson resigned in July 2018after being convicted of concealing child sex abuse carried out by another priest

  • In June 2018, a former Vatican diplomat was sentenced to five years in prison for child pornography offenses

  • In Chile, 34 Roman Catholic bishops offered to resign in the wake of a child sex scandal and cover-up.

All while the church has spent millions of dollars and countless hours covering up those abuses.

This past weekend in Ireland, some called for the Pope to step down. But why should he? Those that came before him reacted to the many abuses the very same way and never had to step down.

This is an institution that harbors its criminal behavior and protects the criminals.  And institution that is made up of nothing more than hokum and fairy tales, one that has long sought to suppress those in our society from what it perceives as unnatural sexual behavior, yes, I am referring to homosexuality, which the very church has secretly allowed within its very own institution since its inception while at the same time condemning it.

The church has allowed for its made-up reason for existence to cloud the minds of its already mentally ill priests and serves no real purpose any longer for science has disproven all of the churches tales.

The Catholic church along with it’s pedophile priests should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the laws in each and every nation and country its priests have molested children.

Being the Pope should offer no protection from the law. Hiding behind the symbol of the church should offer no protection from the law.

Harboring criminals and hiding crime is at least in the US against the law and those that are caught practicing in such deeds are generally held very accountable.

U.S. Army Sniper Becomes International Hitman

US-Army-Snipers-CrimeShop.jpg

Ex Soldiers Becoming Hitmen

What’s one to do with that U.S. Army sniper training?

us-army-hitmen-crimeshop.jpg

Become an international hitman.

A former U.S. Army sniper Joseph Hunter and not one but two former U.S. soldiers, Adam Samia and Carl David Stillwell are accused of becoming contracted hitmen for an international crime boss, one Paul Le Roux, who had some sort of vendetta against a real estate agent, Catherine Lee, in the Philippines who the crime boss felt had cheated him in some way.

So, as the story goes, he contracted out the three former U.S. Soldiers and offered to pay them to take out the real estate agent in execution style back in 2012.

The investigation has shed light onto what some are calling a private fraternity of mercenaries, trained by the United States Army, who are willing to ruthlessly kill for hard cold cash.

Catherine was in fact murdered upon a return from a trip she had taken to the countryside of Manila, she was shot twice in the face, her body was found on a pile of garbage on the side of the road.

After the men were paid, they were ordered back to the US where they were promptly arrested in 2015 for the hit.

Not making the wisest of choices, Carl David Stillwell had a picture on his phone of a bloody head wrapped in a towel dated on or around the time of Catherine’s murder, then he admitted to being in the driver’s seat of the van when she had been shot.

What’s more is that prosecutors also had surveillance of Joseph from a sting in Thailand that resulted in a completely separate conviction for plotting to kill a DEA agent.

In the surveillance recording, Joseph is overheard speaking about killing people for Paul Le Roux.

The murder of Catherine Lee actually does lack quite a bit of hard cold evidence that would tie all three to the murder, some of which is physical, no eyewitnesses and the like.

Regardless of the lack of actual evidence, all three men are still on trial for the murder of Catherine and it’s highly likely that they will all three get convicted.

So if anyone was wondering what to do with that US Army Sniper training, the answer is not to become a hitman, especially if you happen to be careless enough so as to get caught.

Hackers Targeting Your Office Gossip?

ransomware-crimeshop.jpg

Those Instant Message Services Aren’t so Private

Traditionally, when you think of a hacker being able to obtain your information, you might think that you somehow ended up innocently installing some form of malware which in turn opened up your work or home network to hackers.

dark-web-crimeshop

Which is pretty true, and one type of service we rarely think about are those instant messaging services used by many within the corporate world these days.

The amount of information your employees share on those unmanaged services is actually a lot more critical to an organization’s inner workings that one might really think.

What that opens any organization up to is a ransomware attack.

Using intel gleaned from an instant messaging service, hackers can obtain some pretty important details about an organization’s inner workings, it’s projects, it’s client base, how much money is involved with particular contracts and deals and they can even obtain details with regards to both current past employees.

Many of these instant messaging programs used are more often than not are not entirely secure and not that, they are not managed by a member of management much less a member of IT if an organization has an IT department.

Truthfully and also sadly, employee’s who partake in the fine art of office gossip using these types of services do not think about the vast amount of information they are gossiping about or sharing with one another much less, that the information could potentially be used in some future ransomware attack on the organization, it’s employee, bank, customer, etc.

Hackers are no longer using stolen intel to just simply steal things like bank account information, they are using information in order to take an organization’s entire network for hostage.

WannaCry-ransomeware-crimeshop

Ransomware attacks saw a surge of 2,500% in just 2017 alone.

slack-crimeshop.jpeg

Slacks one of the most popular messaging services used in offices these days admitted back in March that they found and patched a vulnerability that would have given hackers full access to chat histories, shared files among other critical data. Chat logs from your workforce can be a valuable and rich source of intel to any hacker worth his weight in gold.

That is a pretty big deal, one which will continue to be a growing concern because hackers do not suddenly get stupid, fix one vulnerability and another will be found, usually by hackers first.

So how does an organization get around this type of situation?

Easy get rid of things like instant messaging programs in your office and force your employees to keeping that office gossip, at the water cooler.
