Mayor Michael Hancock Issues Level 3 Stay at Home Order for Denver, Colorado

Is This About Controlling the People or Controlling the Virus? Hancock’s Mistake.

Cristal M Clark

All week I had planned to bring you Halloween related stories just for entertainment but you know the pandemic is technically a horror story of its own right?

Today Mayor Michael Hancock of Denver issued level 3 stay at home orders once again limiting outings, business capacity and shuttering some indoor activities leaving the citizens of Denver with the threat of shutting the city down again. I get it, his heart is in the right place, his head is a bit foggy though. I have lost friends to the virus, to depression due to job loss, lockdowns, drug overdoses due to the same recently so I get it but the virus is not the only thing killing people.

Naturally, this news caused an onslaught of anger, fear and emotional turmoil for many. I personally do not agree with restrictions in terms of limited capacities and forcing businesses to shut down. And I am so sick of seeing people take to social media with complete anger and without becoming educated and claim it’s about control not the virus.

First of all, think about that ridiculous statement. It is about control, idiots, it’s about controlling the spread of the virus not individuals. Sadly, when trying to control the virus we are seeing government overreach to the level of epic proportions. These leaders have yet to see how the effort to keep the virus at bay is affecting even industries they deem essential. The money for many is running out, spending will slow now just in time for the holiday season and even construction will slow and when that happens, the bottom is going to tank out. That is simple mathematics.

The control here is to keep hospitals from running at capacity, from keeping them from running out of beds. Which has yet to happen and is even less likely than back in March to happen today. We have better treatments and the young are driving the spikes. The young are more likely to survive. So what Mayor Hancock is trying to achieve is unnecessary. In fact keeping things shut down and limiting businesses from open at capcity is causing further damage to the economy. A damage that cannot be undone.

Shutting down and restrictions have not worked thus far, which I’ll get to in a bit. A lot of people sounded off on social media locally today claiming this is not legal, the mayor and governor cannot order shutdowns, we need to fight back, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Well, yes they can shut things down.

To prevent abuse, the power to make laws, enforce laws, and interpret laws are separated into three branches: the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. And the three in terms of the virus are for sure not on the same page at all.

This prevents, mayor’s, governors and even a president from simply doing what they want (like a king or dictator), even if they feel those actions are best for the people. They must do only those things which comply with the laws enacted by the legislature-as interpreted by judges. Interpretation is everything when it comes to upholding laws.

So upon declaring a state of emergency, a Governor and any other executive declaring an emergency will issue a series of executive orders invoking specific State legislative enactments. Those statutes pre-authorize the executive branch (which the Governor heads) to take certain, specific actions when the state is facing an emergency.

Most declarations of emergency pertain to snow storms or hurricanes, wildfires. In those instances, the State invoked more familiar provisions of the statutes governing declarations of emergency, including freeing up money earmarked for emergency use; calling on the national guard to help with the effects of the storm; and allowing the police to redirect traffic. But the Governor’s statutory powers during an emergency are broad, flexible, and include the ability to make such orders. . . as may be necessary adequately to meet the various problems presented by any emergency, including the designation of vehicles and persons permitted to move during an emergency, the conduct of the civilian population during the threat of and imminence of danger or any emergency, and on any matter that may be necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare of the people.

Many States have moved to an Emergency Health Powers Act, which have provided additional authorization for control over medical facilities, the distributions of medical resources, and authority to identify areas that are or may be dangerous to the public health and to cause the movement of persons within that area to be restricted, if such action is reasonable and necessary to respond to the public health emergency. The states may require quarantine for persons who are unable or unwilling to undergo vaccination and for those who are sick.

For an added kick in the balls, the FMLA was changed to accommodate those who fall ill from the virus currently, doesn’t really matter the organizations size either.

So Yes, states, cities and municipalities can shut businesses down right now. And they can vaccinate you, quarantine you, and are immune from a lawsuit for doing any of those things.

Like it or not that is what it is, you can stomp your feet, throw tantrums, become outspoken on social media, this is what it is.

Now, all of that said, Mayor Hancock made a mistake here, first the threat of another shutdown, that is akin to political suicide and here is why-

Millions of people are still out of work, that threat is more or less a promise that they will continue to be out of work for the foreseeable future. For workers who have gone back to work, now they get to live in constant fear of losing their jobs, again which by the way lowers an individual’s ability to fight infection, fear causes worry, worry causes stress, which affects overall health.

The biggest reason this was a fatal mistake however goes back to those three branches of Government and it ends in the lap of a judge who thus far almost nationwide, have been unwilling to uphold punishment for anyone who goes against these local and state mandates.

Think about it, how many news stories are we seeing with regards to the virus and state or city mandates, where the cops try to enforce a mandate, a state agency tries to enforce a mandate and it ends with a Judge who is unwilling to punish the business or individual for whatever indiscretion.

So these three branches can’t bother to be on the same page let alone effectively enforce restrictions or mandates, why should the people follow these orders? Now I am not suggesting we go against what Mayor Hancock said today, I am posing a very serious question whilst also pointing out the flaw in issuing mandates.

Additionally, I saw Mayor Hancock’s not so kind words with regards to the Trump administration’s failure to get another stimulus put through before the election, yes I agree that was bullshit however, to Mayor Hancock, Governor Polis and any other state or local leader who might read this, get off of your little high horses because you all share in the blame here. I saw not one of you march your higher than thou happy asses up to Capital Hill and demand that rather than rush a hideous, religious zealot, who has no idea what being a woman is, and who wants to take us to the dystopian era into the supreme court and demand a stimulus deal be reached instead.

I did see a number of state and local leaders nationwide take to news outlets to bitch and whine about it, but you know as well as your voters going to the media doesn’t do shit for your people. You all failed on that one so do not just blame Trump and White House on this one. If enough of you would have grown the balls to get in his face as a collective team regardless of party, he would have sided with you hence with the people. Some of us do in fact pay very close attention to the details here so I would not assume anyone missed that.

Now, if we want to do the right thing by the people we must of course, educate on mask wearing, social distancing, hand washing (for some of you bathing in general), and we must isolate the vulnerable and the sick.

In addition to that we must open our economies and to do that our governments must work with the people and allow for less restrictions in terms of permits to have outdoor seating, here in Denver we have fantastic winters, if we shut down enough streets and parking lots these local businesses will figure out how to make it work. Businesses would actually help neighboring businesses by partnering up to make things work during the pandemic.

I think Mayor Hancock and other Mayors, our Governor and other states will find if you leave it to the people to figure out how to open at full or 75% capacity the majority will find ways to make it work and they will do it right. But to just force them to close or limit capacity to a point where it makes no sense to open, you are basically turning your backs on them. And that is what is causing the pandemic anger.

We will see less argument over mask wearing, group gatherings and the like if we left it open to businesses to find a way and remove restrictions like permits to have sidewalk seating, we need to start closing streets so as to allow businesses to open. These businesses will pay to get outdoor heaters and to have a thriving business back if we let them.

It all goes back to those three branches, you are pretty hard pressed to find a Judge to uphold your mandate these days. And I hate to say this but after reading hundreds of comments today after Mayor Hancock issued his updated mandates for the city of Denver, after conversing with many people and business owners, if we keep poking the bear here it’s not going to end well.

Pay attention to the people, they are becoming desperate, and angry, with the election, the racial tensions, police shootings, protests, the far left, the far right. All of it spells disaster and that will spill onto the streets and into every corner of this country in the form of civil unrest the likes no one has ever seen.

How many guns are legally in the hands of what were once responsible gun owners? I say “what were once” responsible because no matter which side you are on, once the shooting starts, well we will become the wild west again. Now add that to the amount of guns on the streets and in the hands of those who have them illegally. We are already seeing an increase in certain crimes all because of the pandemic.

It’s time to think before local and state officials react, it’s time to reflect on the damage those actions and mandates and orders are causing. IT is no longer a small sacrifice you are asking of us, we the people, you are destroying lives at a far higher rate than that of the virus. Every reaction by leaders is going to start to have an equal if not more powerful reaction from the people.

To Quote Mayor Hancock: “ This is not a game.”

Keep messing around with people’s ability to live, work, pay bills, own a business, own a home, own a car, buy food, keep messing with it state and local officials because my friends, “This is not a game,” that is one hell of an atomic bomb, and it it just so happens to be ticking.

Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman’s Shitshow CNN Interview

cnn-Crimeshop

Anderson Cooper Can’t Believe What He is Hearing

Cristal M Clark

Okay, I don’t always stick up for anyone in the mainstream media but watching Anderson Cooper try to interview Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman was the most painful onair interview I have ever had the privilege to watch. I posted the CNN headline throughout a lot of my social media accounts and so many individuals responded with personal thoughts of Carolyn Goodman, several thought she was under the influence, others stated they thought that she was batshit crazy, some calling her a shitshow and a complete disgrace, while a few commented that, that is what you get when you vote to make a retired brothel girl to be the mayor of Las Vegas.

Carolyn-Goodman-Crimeshop - Edited

So here is how things went down, during the interview Mayor Goodwin called for sports arenas, casinos and hotels to be completely opened up all while having absolutely no plan to do so safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yes you did read that right, she has no fucking plan what-so-ever.

Anderson-cooper-crimeshop

It is important to note that she has recently been calling for casinos to re-open, saying the ones with the most coronavirus infections can then close. She assumes 100 percent of the population are already asymptomatic carriers and argued every single point with Anderson that she possibly could.

Anderson informed the mayor that she is encouraging hundreds of thousands of people to come to Las Vegas, to patronize casinos and then travel back home after breathing in circulated air and touching slot machines.

“Doesn’t that sound like a virus petri dish?” Cooper stated

To which Goodman’s response was to call Anderson an “alarmist.”

Anderson attempted to show her research from Chinese scientists revealing how the virus spreads in confined spaces, Goodman interrupted to declare that “this isn’t China, this is Las Vegas.”

“Okay, that’s really ignorant,” poor Anderson shot back.

VegasMayorCorona-Anderson-Cooper-Crimeshop

At one point Goodman said she is willing to offer the city as a “control group” if Las Vegas is allowed to reopen. She refused to take any responsibility for anything opening stating that hotels and casinos would need to figure it out. She also went as far as to say she is okay if an establishment had a virus outbreak, and becomes a center for a viral infection, she would be all for the competition to destroy the business with the infection. Wait, TF did she say? Yes she said it.

Luckily for all involved Goodman actually has no actual authority over the casinos so as to implore they open, still the same how did someone like this end up being the Mayor of Las Vegas? That said to be fair, Anderson did lead in by putting words into her mouth until she finally caved.

steve_sisolak-crimeshop

All in all, Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman’s CNN interview with Anderson Cooper was a complete disgrace and I hope that Governor Steve Sisolak has more sense than Goodman.

America The Land of Dysfunctional

Coronavirus Exposes Just How Broken America Really Is

Cristal M Clark

The Coronavirus has exposed the many things here in America that we have learned to put up with and ignore just as we tend to do when in an unhealthy relationship. Our political system is corrupt, our economy is a train wreck and it has been for a number of years, as citizens we are just as divided as ever and full of hate and rage, and the leading health experts in this country cannot seem to agree.

pro-trump-protesters-push-back-against-stay-at-home-orders-crimeshop

Even as I write this tonight, some states are looking to re-open this week, going against the guidelines set forth from the president and his team, while other states have extended the stay at home orders. According to CNN over 60% of the population here in the US is uncomfortable opening states up too soon while over at FoxNews Tucker Carlson is suggesting that that science suggests we not stay inside.

Plague-Doctors-Terrifying-crimeshop

At least Trump is more calm during his press conferences these days but he needs to grow a pair. Agreeing and urging protesters to carry on is dangerous. Here in Denver, I know an individual who thought she had the virus, while waiting on her test results, she willingly went out to protest on Sunday possibly infecting others. While she did stay in her car, we know she in fact stuck her head out the window to yell and carry on like some deranged lunatic.

denver-colorado-protester-tells-nurse-move-to-china

Our economy has left many of us wondering what in the hell and has gotten us thinking about what we really want to do moving forward. The cost of living skyrocketed since 2008 and while people had jobs, wages did not keep in line with the actual cost of living. Our response to the virus was so dysfunctional and full of so much disinformation it wasn’t even funny not to mention, we still are unsure of just how many have been infected. We have business leaders, the president and citizens pushing to open up while we fail to look at our history in terms of rushing to get back to life as we know it and a virus.

Dr-Anthony-Fauci_Crimeshop

Not even our so-called experts can agree as to whether or not the virus will return in the coming months and should it then what?

America-the-Dysfunctional-crimeshop

The United States was not prepared for this at all. We have been unable to adapt to our unseen enemy and our inability to agree as a nation to fight it is a rather disgusting image quite honestly.

Covid-19_crimeshop - Edited

I know people who currently have the virus and while it is survivable for many, it is not survivable for all and because we do not have the testing needed so as to test everyone, it is dangerous to assume that it’s okay to go out and carry on as if the virus is not a danger. Anyone can have a weakened immune system and not know it, they do not deserve to be put into harm’s way, the elderly do not either. But until modern medicine can get a grasp on treating the virus or a proper vaccine can be made, the virus is here to stay and could mutate into something much worse.

Covid-19-protests-crimeshop

We fail at learning to adapt. Most of these hideous protesters fail to realize that things are not going back to normal. Most states are limited numbers of gatherings still, limiting the number of how many can be in any retail establishment at one time, including bars and restaurants, festivals, sporting events and concerts are a no go for the foreseeable future, and most offices have been asked by states to reduce the number of staff in the office by 50% for the foreseeable future. This has damaged our already teetering economy, millions will still be out of work for the foreseeable future and what if, let’s just say the virus continues to hit us hard and we face more shutdowns?

Covid-19-Coronavirus_crimeshop

We as a country and as a society need to find better ways of adapting, to an environment we cannot control. Businesses and owners need to adapt to less greed, because what we have seen out of most from this leaves a lot of us with a rather bad taste in our mouths. We need to adapt in our daily habits. The United States Government needs to take a hard look at mainstream media and the tactics they employ so as to inform the public, part of the reason this is going so very badly is because of the mainstream media. It’s time Donald to do something about that shit show.

We need to find a new way to survive as a country and a society, but first we need clear, concise, understandable information from all levels of our government and that includes the health experts.

Toilet Paper, Soap, Hand Sanitizer Shortages?

Coronavirus-Ozzy-Crimeshop

CNN Labels Coronavirus a Pandemic?

Cristal M Clark

In looking at social media everyone is having a good time with the soap, hand sanitizer and toilet paper shortages pointing out quite eloquently that toilet paper is not amongst the items people need to stockpile, nor is hand soap or hand sanitizer to the extent of causing shortages, while the CDC does recommend everyone have about two weeks worth of basic necessities on hand at all times not just during a so called pandemic.

Coronavirus-crimeshop

One of the reasons people are freaking out and stockpiling things they really don’t need is all thanks to the mainstream media. They love to deliver as much misinformation as they can but not enough to be labeled negligent.

mainstreammedia-lies-about-coronavirus-crimeshop - Edited

Chris Cuomo announced tonight in fact that he hopes he gets the virus just to show his viewers it’s not that big of a deal but also in the same breath explained why CNN is labeling the virus a “pandemic.” That’s right, an attempt at playing the part of a martyr while also being a fear monger.

baby-yoda-coronavirus-wash-hands-crimeshop

Mainstream media will bring experts on and ask these pointed questions that the expert can really only speculate upon in his/her answer but the mainstream media will direct the Q&A in such a way that the information conflicts with common sense, not to mention that they steer the reporting into certain directions.

coronavirus66-crimeshop

Which is one of the biggest reasons we are seeing these shortages and the panic purchasing. Misinformation, fear of the unknown, and just plain old not knowing what will happen, could happen much less not knowing what to do or even what to expect. We are being fed mass amounts of conflicting information, misinformation, and a lack of honest information.

coronavirus77-crimeshop

Last time I checked, the mainstream media should stop playing the part of fortune teller.

Sanitizer-Shortage-crimeshop

One of the other reasons is that people want to feel in control with a situation we cannot possibly control or predict currently and panic purchases give people the sense of some control.

Toilet-Paper-Shortage-crimeshop

The reality is we don’t need to rush the market and buy them out of anything, with all of the delivery services we have these days in most major cities, one can get what they need, when they need it delivered to one’s doorstep without even having to open the door. That includes groceries and toiletries.

Coronavirus-88crmeshop

The worst thing anyone can do is pay much mind to the mainstream media, especially CNN right now. I like CNN most of the time but now they need to simply STFU about the coronavirus and stop causing fear and labeling it trying to get the public ready.

Democratic National Debate

cnn-dem-debates-CRIMESHOP.jpg

Comedy Central Democratic Roast

Cristal M Clark

Ahhh voting season is here, political rants are splashed across my Facebook minute by minute, political hate filled rhetoric is tweeted by the second, yes it would appear it’s that time again, to start picking fights or a side if you’d rather in the great, race to be our nations next president.

Dem-Debate1-crimeshop

With this great race comes things like the Democratic National Debate and if you watched it the last two nights it was more or less a lot like a Comedy Central Roast, without any actual comedy and delivered by some folks who are not actual comedians but rather politicians.

dem-debate2-crimeshop

The delivery, punch lines and insults could use some improvement, namely if you want someone’s vote try understanding the voters.

CNN is busy shoving the debate from the last two nights down everyone’s throats and delivering a wide range of interviews, interjecting their own insults hurled at the speakers over the last two nights while also giving each participant a chance to tell CNN viewers what they meant or say what they couldn’t.

Are you kidding this is a job interview, no one gets a second chance to clarify things in the real world. Come on.

A lot of emphasis this morning was placed on health care. I almost at one point had issues choking down my beloved coffee as one of the presidential runners who I will not name actually had the balls to say, she gets out there to meet voters and really understands what American’s want. Ummm no, you don’t honey.

idiot-trump-crimeshop

Overall however, the Democrats are missing the whole mark. While trying to bring us together and making this about unity, they still fail to understand what made Trump the man he is today. That ill thought out idea of tagging his precedency with “Make America Great Again,” well it did strike a chord in more than just white men, you see that statement even I make fun of, actually does have a truer meaning to it if anyone is paying attention. One of the things Trump gets so well is how to speak to the working class, he misses the mark when it comes to actually making much of what he promises come true simply because he does not really understand how to create change in such a politically driven world.

Likewise what the Democrats are missing is the key ingredient to why so many Americans want to Make America Great Again, to them that means being able to have jobs that actually pay the bills, being able to afford to buy a home, food, vehicles, raise a family, afford health care, they don’t just want affordable health care, they want it all, the way it used to be back in the day, just without oppressing women and anyone who is not a white male. The person who can manage to speak to the working class at that level will win and so far, that has been one Donald J Trump.

We force other countries to do things, take for instance the current trade war, we need to our leaders at least to take a stand against businesses whose boards and owners live it up whilst employing individuals by the masses yet failing to pay them actual livable wages. Instead of bailing out banks, wall street and allowing businesses like Amazon to not pay Federal Taxes and provide free college tuition while also forgiving the college debt of everyone struggling to pay it back.

Trump understands these idea’s in the fullest capacity, not only that, what’s more is that he is able to give the illusion of a better America without having to actually make it better, because to do that he needs the help of others and he faces too much political red tape to actually achieve it. He simply capitalizes on the very idea and concept of making things better by making promises that speak to the masses who are not really about forgiving debts, bail outs and tax breaks for the corporate world. Giving a tax break for any company should be directly tied to that company having proven its workers from the top down are actually paid livable wages, but that is too easy of a concept but one that Trump can speak well to.

The Democrats thus far, are failing at this. They are speaking to a few of the idea’s and concepts but not all as whole, they want to unify which is great but if they really want the supporters who back Trump they are going to have to get on board with Trump’s idea of making America great again, while understanding how to accomplish that without putting each other’s idea’s down but by working together and capitalizing on the idea’s and making them better, into something tangible, something that will work for everyone. Forging college debt and/or providing free college to all is going to do very little in the way of unifying this country, it will in fact cause a much larger divide. Forcing people into any type of government insurance is not going to do it either nor is telling everyone what one has accomplished while in office, we no longer actually believe someone has accomplished something let alone anything without the help and support of others.

The Dems have a long way to go on the road to the white house, they might want to reconsider the approach here.

Trump’s Border Wall Tantrum

Government Shutdown

Most Average American’s Don’t Give a F*&k!

By: Cristal M Clark

govt_shutdown_crimeshop

Yesterday, I walked around downtown Denver asking everyone that I saw about how they felt with regards to all of these unpaid Federal Workers, who by the way are not getting paid tomorrow unless something really last minute is done.

All but two individuals out of roughly 175 don’t have any sympathy for those going without paychecks. This this morning on CNN I saw an interview with some of these unpaid federal workers who said things like “this is unacceptable,” “I just bought a house and will be unable to make my first payment.”

If you just secured a loan and purchased a house and did not already have the money needed to make your first payment saved, you’re and idiot.

That really does say something about our Federal employee’s in this nation doesn’t it?

dumb-ass-trump-crimeshop

If you have to be on the telephone with them, they will behave so much better than the caller, but now, that the tables are turned, the truth in its entirety is really coming to the forefront.

The problem is, sure you work for the Federal Government and the average American has at least at one time or another had to deal with on some level a Federal employee and to us, you are lazy and already were not earning your paycheck in the first place.

It’s been in the news for weeks that most American’s really could care less if Federal Workers aren’t getting paid.

Ask anyone who felt and I mean really felt the recession back in 2008 how they feel about the unpaid Federal Workers right now and you might be hard pressed to really find a bleeding heart as many who lost jobs, lost everything they ever had along with those job losses.

And anytime they had to reach out to anyone at any level of our beloved government, no pity, empathy, understanding, or the slightest care about any of those individuals was every expressed by any average government worker.

In fact, it was Obama who plead, fought and demanded that the vast majority of those unemployed American’s be given unemployment extensions until the economy was better.

As long as people are not being forced to work without pay, and it does not hit our military, I say let it go on as long as it takes.

Donald Trump vs. CNN

By: Cristal M Clark

college-football-national-championship-game-2019-alabama-clemson-crimeshop

Tonight, is the CFP National Championship game and on the way home I heard that Trump plans on delivering a prime time address tomorrow?

Are you kidding me?

He is touting the address as “The Humanitarian and National Security Crisis on our Southern Border.”

He is still crying over his border wall, fence, dotted line money?

The crisis is all his doing by the way, as is the Government Shut Down.

donald-trump-border-crisis-crimeshop

He is having his tantrum and letting the world know just what kind of man child he truly is.

sarah-huckabee-crimeshop

He and his servant Sarah Elizabeth Huckabee Sanders can’t keep the numbers or facts right, true, she got fact checked live on the air over the weekend and just kept running that overpaid, truly disgusting yap of hers.

According to CNN “the President will try to use the power of the bully pulpit to increase public pressure on Congress to give in to his demand to finance a border wall.”

julian-e-zelizer_crimeshop

And, in all honesty, I have to call like I see it, CNN’s Julian Zelizer hit the nail on the head.

Trump is just a complete disgrace in all honesty and this BS game is just flat out useless and pathetic.

This speech tonight is designed to guilt the American audience into to applying pressure to congress so Trump can win.

That is right fellow Americans, he is going to attempt to get us, to feel sorry for him, he will attempt to instill fear, hatred all while lying, providing facts that he makes up and making it appear that we have a full blown crisis at our southern border.

We don’t actually, the only crisis we have had has been one of Trump’s very own design.

He is the cause.

Again, it’s been proven time and time again, real threats to the United States, they are not coming from Mexico.

Drugs, yes and sometimes yes, even gang members but not to the extent that Trump and his crew would like the world to believe.

Try stopping the drug abuse here at home before condemning another country for feeding the addiction.

Trump should understand this, business is business, it is based off of demand and then followed by supply.

Try stopping the demand.

Oh wait, that is simply too sophisticated of an idea for someone like Trump who is incapable of addressing the issues we have here in America.

But then again, is that not the typical American way?

We choose to blame rather than look inwardly and try to address our own issues?

The president of quite literally just making up a crisis, as one would put together a movie because the Democrats are refusing to agree to an exorbitant amount of money for a wall that won’t have any demonstrable impact, i.e. stop illegal immigration, which has been steadily declining by the way.

Our Threats are coming in by sea and airplane, they overstay visas, fall off the radar, get a pilot’s license and then bomb the world trade center.

Most who are coming in from Mexico are picking the fields and taking the lowest paying jobs that the average american will not take.

CNN: “The speech is the latest step in a massive mess President Trump has made of the federal budget in recent weeks. If it were possible to sue for presidential malpractice, this would be low-hanging fruit for the legal community.”

I’m not sure about the rest of you, but I am with CNN here, rather than watch our President spew lies and nonsense, fear monger and bully, I am going to stick to re-watching the game tomorrow.

Donald Trump – Still no New Chief of Staff

Donald-trump-crimeshop

Why Not a Soul Wants to be Chief of Staff

I could run the list of obvious reasons as to why no one really wants to be Donald Trump’s Chief of Staff, the reality is pretty simple and much more honest.

dumb-ass-trump-crimeshop

The Chief of Staff is not a doormat nor is he or she a dog who lives to serves his or her master. And that is what Trump fails to understand about the position.

To be even more honest, it could very well be that Trump is simply seeking out the wrong individuals for the position.

Here are a few well thought out suggestions:

vladimir-putin-crimeshop

Vladimir Putin

Why?

He did overwhelmingly help Trump secure the office of the US Presidency, after all.

ivana_trump_crimeshop

Ivana Trump

Why?

Something tells me that woman is not going to be having any of Donald’s normal BS and she quite possibly just may be the only individual in the entire world who could wrangle the mans twitter account away from him.

kim-jong-un-crimeshop

Kim Jong un

Why?

Because watching the romantic power play between the two would be akin to watching a couple who simply should not be married, just imagine the on-air arguments from the oval office we’d witness.

Why?

Obviously, they both like to hide the truth, i.e. lie, play stupid, then get angry, and finally just blame everyone but themselves.

Why?

Who doesn’t love a woman with some balls on her? Alisyn, much like Ivana would not be having any of Donald’s shit at all. Alisyn would question and grill Donald at every turn making Donald so confused and upset that he’d end up in the fetal position in the corner of the oval office leaving Alisyn to run the affaires of the country.

And Finally…

Melania Trump

Why?

I have not clue what our current first lady does other than stand around and look really, really pissed off all of the time and well, lets be honest. If Donald wants a dog to do his bidding, he has no need to look any further for one because he is already married to one.

Donald Trump Attacks Cable News – Again

Another Monday, another attack on cable news by Trump.

Trump again took to Twitter and had this to say:

“While CNN doesn’t do great in the United States based on ratings, outside of the U.S. they have very little competition. Throughout the world, CNN has a powerful voice portraying the United States in an unfair and false way, something has to be done, including the possibility of the United States starting our own Worldwide Network to show the World the way we really are, GREAT! ”

I’m sorry but doesn’t the US already have a worldwide propaganda network, FoxNews?

Not to mention that Trump is just tossing around completely false claims in that CNN’s ratings here in the US seem to be low.

They aren’t and while I feel they get carried away with every major news stories they air, they do have some pretty impressive ratings.

Of course this is not unlike past claims towards CNN, NBC, MSNBC notably, Trump never seems to knock his already existing propaganda network, FoxNews.

Earlier this month Trump’s ridiculous feud with CNN reached a high point when he and Jim Acosta got into it during a press conference where the two had an pretty heated exchange the day after Republicans were dealt big losses in the midterm elections.

first-amendment-crimeshop

The argument ended with Trump and CNN arguing over first amendment rights.

Yet, I have to sit back and look at the reality of the situation in all honesty here, Trump has a degree of a point.

The actual truth is that every cable news giant is already a propaganda churning network as it is.

Really, sit back and watch every single one for a week.

propaganda-media-controls-us-crimeshop

Here you will find biased reporting all the way around, we have some that you will find filling every news report with either pro-Trump or anti-Trump one sided reporting, sexism, some networks are clearly still full of racism while others support Trump in attempting to stifle the growth that we have achieved for our brothers and sisters in the LGBTQ communities.

The point being is that cable news does in fact abuse it’s first amendment rights because instead of actual reporting they are attempting to create fans through biased and not entirely truthful or factual reporting.

Every story is one sided with cable news these days.

Journalism-dead-crimeshop

Cable news, the mainstream media, they are far more responsible for creating some of the very major issues we face on a daily basis in the US.

They have by far, done way more damage than our President and Russian Meddling combined.

And because of that continual abuse, maybe the US should take a hardline against cable news and do away with it all together.
