Democratic National Debate

Comedy Central Democratic Roast

Ahhh voting season is here, political rants are splashed across my Facebook minute by minute, political hate filled rhetoric is tweeted by the second, yes it would appear it’s that time again, to start picking fights or a side if you’d rather in the great, race to be our nations next president.

Dem-Debate1-crimeshop

With this great race comes things like the Democratic National Debate and if you watched it the last two nights it was more or less a lot like a Comedy Central Roast, without any actual comedy and delivered by some folks who are not actual comedians but rather politicians.

dem-debate2-crimeshop

The delivery, punch lines and insults could use some improvement, namely if you want someone’s vote try understanding the voters.

CNN is busy shoving the debate from the last two nights down everyone’s throats and delivering a wide range of interviews, interjecting their own insults hurled at the speakers over the last two nights while also giving each participant a chance to tell CNN viewers what they meant or say what they couldn’t.

Are you kidding this is a job interview, no one gets a second chance to clarify things in the real world. Come on.

A lot of emphasis this morning was placed on health care. I almost at one point had issues choking down my beloved coffee as one of the presidential runners who I will not name actually had the balls to say, she gets out there to meet voters and really understands what American’s want. Ummm no, you don’t honey.

Overall however, the Democrats are missing the whole mark. While trying to bring us together and making this about unity, they still fail to understand what made Trump the man he is today. That ill thought out idea of tagging his precedency with “Make America Great Again,” well it did strike a chord in more than just white men, you see that statement even I make fun of, actually does have a truer meaning to it if anyone is paying attention. One of the things Trump gets so well is how to speak to the working class, he misses the mark when it comes to actually making much of what he promises come true simply because he does not really understand how to create change in such a politically driven world.

Likewise what the Democrats are missing is the key ingredient to why so many Americans want to Make America Great Again, to them that means being able to have jobs that actually pay the bills, being able to afford to buy a home, food, vehicles, raise a family, afford health care, they don’t just want affordable health care, they want it all, the way it used to be back in the day, just without oppressing women and anyone who is not a white male. The person who can manage to speak to the working class at that level will win and so far, that has been one Donald J Trump.

We force other countries to do things, take for instance the current trade war, we need to our leaders at least to take a stand against businesses whose boards and owners live it up whilst employing individuals by the masses yet failing to pay them actual livable wages. Instead of bailing out banks, wall street and allowing businesses like Amazon to not pay Federal Taxes and provide free college tuition while also forgiving the college debt of everyone struggling to pay it back.

Trump understands these idea’s in the fullest capacity, not only that, what’s more is that he is able to give the illusion of a better America without having to actually make it better, because to do that he needs the help of others and he faces too much political red tape to actually achieve it. He simply capitalizes on the very idea and concept of making things better by making promises that speak to the masses who are not really about forgiving debts, bail outs and tax breaks for the corporate world. Giving a tax break for any company should be directly tied to that company having proven its workers from the top down are actually paid livable wages, but that is too easy of a concept but one that Trump can speak well to.

The Democrats thus far, are failing at this. They are speaking to a few of the idea’s and concepts but not all as whole, they want to unify which is great but if they really want the supporters who back Trump they are going to have to get on board with Trump’s idea of making America great again, while understanding how to accomplish that without putting each other’s idea’s down but by working together and capitalizing on the idea’s and making them better, into something tangible, something that will work for everyone. Forging college debt and/or providing free college to all is going to do very little in the way of unifying this country, it will in fact cause a much larger divide. Forcing people into any type of government insurance is not going to do it either nor is telling everyone what one has accomplished while in office, we no longer actually believe someone has accomplished something let alone anything without the help and support of others.

The Dems have a long way to go on the road to the white house, they might want to reconsider the approach here.

Trump and Media Blame One Another for Bombs Being Sent

Donald Trump vs Mainstream Media

When it’s just too much.

mainstream-media-fake-news-crimeshop

This morning I watched the overwhelming message from the mainstream media in that the bombs being sent are Donald Trump’s fault for inciting violence against those that are well, against Trump.

donald-trump-drunk-af-crimeshop

While Trump on the other hand, blamed the mainstream media for inciting the bombs because well, they are not Trump supporters.

I found it all around to be in rather poor taste and simply too much to be completely honest with you.

media-mainstream-crimeshop

The mainstream media seemed to feel that Trump had missed the mark yet again by not bringing America together in some magical fashion and coddle everyone so they all felt safe.

A move any realistic individual knows all to well, that Trump is not going to make, ever at any moment in time. He lives off of the drama and bringing Americans together does not afford the needed drama, panic and fear mongering that he enjoys.

The media could not help but sling insults towards Trump all morning long.

The words that were spoken were just pure hatred.

Again, I do not like Donald Trump, I do not respect him in the least and truly believe if it were not for his cabinet, the US Military, the CIA and the FBI, that the US would be in a dangerous situation simply because he ran for the office of the US Presidency, without bothering himself to become knowledgeable enough about it to actually perform the job even close to adequately.

But I am not going to blame him for a lunatic sending pipe bombs all over.

protest-trump-era-crimeshop

He incites a lot of things on both sides, even in the middle.

Then again, so does the mainstream media.

propaganda-media-controls-us-crimeshop

In fact, the mainstream media is slightly more to blame for inciting a lot of angst simply because they know better.

Claiming not to would be the biggest lie of all.

Trump does what Trump does simply because he is not educated enough to know not to do it.

The media on the other hand knows better.

Trump did not seem to care how the mainstream media felt quite frankly.

A very big part of the Anger we see today in our society is caused by the purposely false and inaccurate reporting of the Mainstream Media that I refer to as Fake News,” Trump tweeted. “It has gotten so bad and hateful that it is beyond description.”

“Mainstream Media must clean up its act, FAST!”

Trump has declared the media as the enemy of the people in the past and the media today was quick to continue to shove that down everyone’s throat.

It seemed to set off a quite a bit of finger pointing this morning.

Sticks and stones and shocking, not a single person’s bones were broken.

The point being, while I am far from Trump’s biggest fan, I am not a fan at all, we all know how the man is.

If the media feels that strongly about bringing Americans together as a united front that will not be intimidated by threats of violence, perhaps they should do a little more of practicing what it is that they preach.

That is correct, get off the high horse and rather than point the finger at Trump, do and say something inspiring, encourage viewers to be aware, report suspicious activity, try to recall anything recent that just did not seem right and report it within reason.

Do you know what happens when you stop paying attention to a three-year-old having a tantrum?

It stops throwing the tantrum.

Trump likes the blame and hatred, maybe the media could bother itself to stop doing that long enough to evolve past it and rise above.

Knowledge is power, we are full of knowledge about who and what Trump is, he loves the pipe bomb stories, so turn those stories into something he is not going to love.

Stop blaming him, you only make yourselves appear desperate for ratings.

nypd-pipe-bombs-crimeshop

Focus the viewers attention back to the actual issue at hand so as to better law enforcement’s ability to catch whomever this is more quickly, you know before someone actually gets hurt.

President Obama – Democratic party lost because of Fox News?

Obama-FOX-News-crimeshop.jpg

How the Democratic party really lost 2016

In a pretty recent interview with Rolling Stone, President Obama took the liberty of casting part of the blame for the Democrats losing the election on…Fox News of all things.

president-obama-crimeshop

“I think that part of it has to do with our inability, our failure, to reach those voters effectively. Part of it is Fox News in every bar and restaurant in big chunks of the country, but part of it is also Democrats not working at a grassroots level, being in there, showing up, making arguments.”

Fox News huh?

Neither party is perfect, just as no president is. Part of what President Obama said is true..but Fox News?

Point blank, the Democrats who were the voice of the working class for decades, just simply stopped being that voice and the working class noticed that.

American voters for the better part of a year by the way, have been showing both parties just how much we dislike that blame game nonsense anyway.

Take ownership of your shit, we don’t need excuses and we most certainly don’t want to hear or see blame.

The bottom line is pretty simple, the Democrats stopped representing the working class a long time ago because they focused more on issues that were of no benefit to the working class, and also focused on issues that ended up hurting the working class and many, many small business owners.

Democrats got, sloppy, greedy and out of line.

The reality is that Donald Trump represents a new way of thinking in terms of what types of individual american’s are willing to vote into office, meaning many american’s are tired of career politics who have bureaucracy ingrained into them, who are unwilling to change and bend as a society tries to grow and thrive.

Voters wanted to see politics in this country overhauled, they wanted change.

Voters wanted to see rules in place that are better designed to protect this country’s people, from its politicians who tend to, as history has shown over and over again, become complacent and stop representing the people.

Voters were willing to put aside long held beliefs, such as pro-life or pro-choice, opening our borders, they were even willing to put aside personal feelings over how they felt about some of the rather embarrassing, sexist, bigoted and racist things Donald Trump said.

Quite a few voters even stepped over to a party they swore they’d never vote for because, they wanted to vote for the person that they felt better related to the american working class.

The guy who heard what the working class had been asking for.

cnn-clinton news network-crimeshop.jpg

Some in the media practiced in bias reporting, for instance they were clearly either on Donald’s side or Hillary’s and that was pretty even. For instance CNN was very clearly pro-Hillary.

But to place part of the blame on Fox News or any media outlet is ludicrous.

The Democrats lost because they stopped being the voice of the American Working Class.

And that, happened to cost the working class in this country.

So, they voted for the person they felt better related to the american working class.

Democrats would do really well here to take a step back and learn the lesson that was so clearly taught through Donald Trump’s winning the 2016 Presidential Election.

The winner had nothing to do with CNN, Fox News, Fake News, or any news.

When you stop representing your people, they will eventually, in turn stop representing you.
