Teacher Tries To Get Meth Delivered To School During Class

I’ve always heard teaching is a tough gig, in fact I know what some of my friends and I were like as kids in school so it’s no wonder teachers are driven to drinking or worse meth. As it turns out one teacher in Clay County Florida was having such a rough day that she decided to call her dealer to have him deliver to her an 8-ball of meth, at school, during regular school hours.

Valerie-lee-prince-clay-county-florida - Edited

Jacksonville Heights Elementary School, First-grade teacher Valerie Lee Prince, 43, called a dealer to bring her an eight ball of meth at the school stating she would step out of class when the dealer showed up with the goods.

That’s lovely, just lovely. Dealers are like Uber Eats now.

“You call me, I can just say I have to use the phone real quick I could step out and come right back in.”

Unfortunately for Valerie her dealer was also an informant who decided to rat her out to the police. That’s right, her dealer was an informant who worked with police narcotics officers and recorded the call. Lt. Domenic Paniccia told a press conference that: “she planned to consume some of the narcotics and return to the classroom.”

valerie-prince-8-ball-of-meth-crimeshop

An undercover officer later delivered her $85 of meth, outside of school hours mind you then, Valerie was charged with purchasing and possessing meth, a felony and promptly arrested with said crime.

Once busted Valerie admitted to the use of methamphetamine on multiple occasions in the last six months and also confessed to the school-delivery deal. Which of course begs the question, how many times had she purchased drugs during school hours?

At any rate, let’s hope she is stripped of her teaching privileges at least refrain from allowing her to teach elementary kids, then again this is Florida and they tend to tolerate a lot of crazy shit.

Lawyer Caught with Hand in the Cookie Jar

Florida-Lawyer-Makes $1 Million-from-fake-lawsuits-crimeshop.jpeg

For Christs Sake, here we go again, Florida can you please get your shit together already?

davie-florida-crimeshop

Attorney Stuart Finkelstein, 65 was arrested today and released on $150,000 bail after an appearance in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Why you may be asking? Why don’t people trust politicians and lawyers?

Because…they are well known to lie, cover up the truth, concealing it from the peering eyes of juries, voters and the system as a whole.

Our good friend Stuart Finkelstein actually proves that point but also takes it a wee step further. Turns out that Stuart collected nearly $1 million in fees by filing over 300 unauthorized lawsuits alleging violations of laws protecting disabled Americans in New York and Florida.

Stuart Finkelstein, 65, of Davie, Florida-crimeshop

By the way, Stuart has been known as a hack attorney since 2007 in New York at the least, he has been barred from practicing law in New York until 2016.

The lawsuit says that Stuart Finkelstein stole the identities of 2 individuals to file lawsuits in New York and Florida. The lawsuits claimed that the individuals were unable to access public establishments because they did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Seems legit except for one small detail, the ummm named individuals had never actually tried to go into the establishments and Stuart did not represent them as an attorney.

U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said that “Stuart Finkelstein engaged in a galling scheme that was as profitable as it was brazen from at least October 2013 through last May.”

The actual criminal complaint filed in Manhattan federal court said Stuart Finkelstein made false representations to various establishments before suing them in the Southern District of New York and the Southern District of Florida. It also said he obstructed official judicial proceedings and then settled the fake lawsuits to collect about $930,000 in attorney fees.

And, he has also been charged with mail fraud, aggravated identity theft obstruction of justice and making false declarations to a court.

Previous news articles from New York and Florida earlier in the year may have lead authorities to Stuart’s door, the articles alleged the scheme and pointed out that Stuart usually targeted small businesses.

Of course Stuart plead not guilty, I mean…let’s hope his has good counsel.

Castration Fetish Leads to Botched Castration Surgery

florida-castration-fetish-gone-bad-crimeshop.jpeg

Highlands County, Florida

Cristal M Clark

While some fetishes are seemingly harmless fun, other fetishes are let’s just say, a bit out there. In case you did not know (I didn’t) castration happens to be a fetish, for some and by some I am hoping few or it’s just a Florida thing. An elderly Florida man was arrested Monday after allegedly performing a botched castration surgery on a man he had met on a, you guessed it, castration fetish website.

So no, you would not find this sort of thing on Tinder, Match or any of the other mainstream dating sites around. Highlands County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post announcing the arrest of Gary Van Ryswyk, “You could even say it’s kinda nuts.”

Kinda is putting it mildly.

Gary-Van-Ryswyk-crimeshop-florida

According to the arrest affidavit deputies responded on Aug. 18, 2019 to a home in Sebring, located 90 miles east of Tampa, after a terminated 911 call. They found Gary Van Ryswyk, 74, who answered the door and allegedly informed them that he had just castrated a man who police subsequently found on the bed with a towel over his groin, which was bleeding heavily and Nearby, there was a pink container which held two body parts that had recently been much closer to the victim.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Gary Van Ryswyk had built a surgery room in the home, according to authorities, equipped with medical equipment, painkillers and a camera to record the procedure. He allegedly said he met the man on a website that caters to people with castration fetishes.

That’s one way to find the one for you, I guess. To the shock of the police however, Gary Van Ryswyk said he had done a similar procedure on a man in a local motel a few years ago that turned out pretty much like this one, but couldn’t remember the other man’s name. So he is one of those that just doesn’t call after…

Gary Van Ryswyk was charged with practicing medicine without a license resulting in bodily injury, a second-degree felony. He was being held on $250,000 bond.

Naked Florida Man Attempts to Seduce Railing at McDonald’s

Naples, Florida

Cristal M Clark

For most of the lower 50 this would be considered a very unusual and odd story, but as most of you already know, this is not the case for Florida.

62-year-old, John Francis Morgan attempted to strip naked, do a rather unusual dance and make love to the railing at a Naples McDonald’s according to a police report filed by the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.

It seems that John intended to go to the McDonald’s in Naples, where he had been banned prior to this incident, even informed by a uniformed officer not to go back, over an eerily similar incident.

I don’t know maybe the guy has a thing for the railing at McDonald’s we don’t choose who or in this case what we are attracted to, it just tends to happened.

At any rate, despite the previous warning John decided that his deep and passion filled love for the railing was just simply more important that the warning and took it upon himself to go back to the Naples McDonald’s where according to witnesses, John began removing his clothing and did an odd type of dance, no doubt attempting to woe the non-responsive railing and then the passion overtook John and he attempted to make love to the railing.

He was subsequently arrested, and is due in court on July 3rd.

Perhaps, he’ll be out in time for the 4th of July where he and his lover the railing at McDonald’s can finally make some fireworks of their own.

White Boy Rick – Getting Free Pass?

WHITEBOYRICK-CrimeShop.jpg

Florida Thinking About Clemency

Cristal M Clark

The FBI’s youngest informant, White boy Rick, is asking the State of Florida to let him out of prison early, you know grant him clemency, based solely off of the fact that he was an informant for the FBI once upon a time. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the Clemency board are considering early release for 49-year old Richard Wershe Jr, AKA White boy Rick who is in prison for selling drugs himself outside of or his assistance in running a rather large interstate car theft ring, an operation he assisted in running while in prison.

ron-Desantis-crimeshop

Now suddenly, he and the FBI want him released early because, he isn’t such a bad guy, I mean he did help the FBI net 20 individuals for cocaine trafficking when he was just 14.

Agent’s did testify at the hearing that Richard should be let out early because of everything he did for law enforcement. And that is great, but my question is, what did he do against law enforcement? He clearly showed his blatant disregard for the law through his involvement in the auto theft ring, he sold drugs to earn a living after he helped the FBI, so while the FBI believes he isn’t so bad, all the guy has known since the age of 14 is in fact, how to commit crime so what will he be contributing to society let’s say, should he be released? What’s more is the FBI should be a little ashamed of itself for enlisting the help of a 14-year-old therefore by default teaching a young man that crime is okay to some extent.

prison-crimeshop

What’s more is that the current state of our prison system does in fact, not set career criminals up to be contributing members of society upon release. So, I question truly if Richard intends on attempting to contribute to society or take from it considering that is really all that he knows.

Monstrous Hurricane Michael

hurricane-michael-crimeshop

Heads to Florida?

What happened the last time no one listened to the news with regards to a potentially catastrophic hurricane?

huricaneflorence-crimeshop

That’s right, people died.

Florence.

But it was nowhere like Katrina.

hurricane-katrina-crimeshop

It’s not funny but, CNN had a reporter go on air and say something like they knew we were all tired of of the media hype of the hurricane but without that, more people would have perished?

And, I know not everyone is a weather person but, if you look at the shape, size and wind prejectory of Katrina, to Florence to Michael, you can tell which one would be more catastrophic. You can see it in the damn pictures of each hurricane for God’s sake.

The CNN reporter went on to inform everyone that we need that, we need them.

facebook-kids-messenger-crimeshop

Incorrect, given the local media telling people to leave, the parishes, the municipalities and governments, the same number of individuals would have perished.

Hence, we do not need CNN, FoxNews, MSNBC, Etc.

Because of our ability to be more mobile we no longer need media in an effort to evacuate.

mainstream-media-dying-crimeshop.jpeg

The science of the media trying to tell us that we need them is like a cigarette trying to convince one to not quit.

I used to be a smoker and gave it up, just like the media.

People know the risks, they also know they stand a better chance of actually getting a home paid for by insurance if they can make it on camera, where the world can see them suffer.

We did see that the last hurricane right? A weatherman was pretending to withstand hurricane force winds while townspeople behind him casually walked by…I did see that headline.

The media is crediting itself before something happens these days.

Enough is enough.

We get it, another hurricane is approaching. Everyone run, run now and make a scene on your way out so that CNN can capture that on tape.

Here is the deal, I have actually been in Florida during hurricane season. Floridians would be aghast if they saw what you are telling us out here in Colorado about the approaching hurricane, the media is creating a death sentence. Already!

Floridians are used to this, they have it. Let it go. It’s like the media reporting a blizzard in Colorado, the power is out, people are suffering.

Umm no, we are not.

Idiots.

Stop trying so hard to sell a story and try for once to tell a story without an agenda.

That is something our mainstream media here in the US, they just simply cannot do.

Idiot of the Week 8/1/2018

jaylen-norwood-boynton-beach-florida-crimeshop

#inmyfeelingschallenge

Just when I thought that it these internet challenges could not get any worse, I am left with my face in my palm that people can top the eating of tide laundry pods challenge.

hot-water-challenge-crimeshop

The hot water challenge is still going around, some young man saw the flesh falling off of his face after a friend thought it would be cool to partake in that while his friend was asleep a week or so ago.

Maybe as it turns out eating all of those laundry pods can really cause irrepressible brain damage.

jaylen-norwood-boynton-beach-florida-crimeshop

This week’s idiot of the week award goes to a Boynton Beach, Florida man who took part in the “In My Feelings” internet challenge, Aka, the Kiki challenge and the Shiggy challenge.

In-My0Feelings-challenge-fail-crimeshop

This particular challenge has people jumping out of moving cars everywhere and anywhere, attempting to jump onto cars, all just to dance to the song by recording artist Drake, “In My Feelings,” and record oneself utilizing not one single brain cell he or she might have been born with.

anna-worden-breaks-skull-kiki-challenge-crimeshop

As luck would have it and as you might have guessed, Jaylen Norwood, 22 was hit by his friends moving vehicle as he was attempting to jump onto it and dance.

Mr. Norwood went on to Jimmy Kimmel live that he had no regrets.

A sentiment that I am more than sure Mr. Norwood’s family and loved ones would not be happy to share had he been hit or killed.

inmyfeelingschallenge-crimeshop

Not to mention his friend who was driving the motorized transport at the time, a friend who could have been facing criminal charges if worse had happened instead.

I did read Mr. Norwood’s account of his attempt at internet fame and it explains a lot to me, he does not seem to understand the difference or meaning to the words suppose and supposed.

Yes, these brilliant individuals get a moment of internet fame, maybe some time on TV but the reality is, everyone is watching in utter shock at the lack of any and all common sense.

This goes beyond adrenaline junkies and extreme sports because these types of challenges prey on those that are somewhat inept, inept enough to actually be seriously injured.

People watch in the hope someone will be seriously injured if not get killed not because it’s cool like extreme sports.

At least with extreme sports the athletes take precautions that ensure safety, they practice, learn and get good at what they do, they have difficult to get life insurance policies just in case things ever do go wrong.

And…

These ladies and gentlemen do not practice in the fine art of just rolling out of a moving vehicle to dance to a song by Drake.

Mr. Norwood, this week’s award is proudly yours.

Trump Says Yes to More AR-15’s on The Streets

Armed America.jpg

Gun Rights in America

So Trump decided to sort of talk about the mass shooting issues here in America. In doing so he did happen to address one key element to the problem and that is mental health.

I know that I have suggested quite a few times before on ways to deal with mental health and gun ownership, sadly Obama would not once acknowledge my carefully thought out questions during his time in office let alone answer them whenever he was on Twitter taking questions from everyone a couple of times.

What Trump failed to address however is that goddamn 2nd Amendment which unfortunately is so completely lost in the mix. Rights, what are rights here in America, really?

Just because one is born here does not necessarily mean they are owed a damn thing let alone a right to have guns.

What’s more is that the 2nd Amendment never in anyway shape or form was created with the idea or notion that a more powerful weapon than the single shot muzzle loading pistols of the times would ever be created.

So, that 2nd Amendment right clearly does not fit in the world we currently live in not to mention let’s just point out the obvious, it’s clearly outdated.

Our mass shooting issues are two fold, mental health, and weapons. The types of weapons available today are not what they are used to be and if you are like me, someone who actually goes out into the real world, experiences people, places and things, you know full well that the mental health, ideas and, conspiracy theories of others are not always sane.

I love to have this debate with my dad, who is a gun owner and feels strongly that individuals should be allowed to own whatever weapon because as he informs me, it is a Goddamned American Right, it’s called the 2nd Amendment, and my argument back is simply that it should not be a right in today’s world until the 2nd Amendment is amended to better fit today’s world.

My dad even feels that doctors should not have a right to know if someone owns weapons, and to me that is completely so very wrong.

As I have said many times before, an individuals mental health status can change rather dramatically without warning due to hormones, drugs, age etc. So while someone may have legally purchased any type of gun, that individual may not always be mentally healthy enough to continue to own a gun at any-one time in his or her life.

By the same token, why would anyone be allowed to own any type of semi-automatic weapon? That is so completely insane that I at times have issues with just wrapping my head around it.

To be completely honest, that is just flat out stupid.

What’s next, me purchasing a nuke at my nearest 7-11 because of the 2nd Amendment?

Completely absurd no?

Well that’s pretty much where we are with the 2nd Amendment today, AR-15’s today, nukes tomorrow because every god fearing American should have the right to bear whatever arms he so desires.

Pill Mill Scheme Leaves 700 Dead – 7 Arrested

opiod-abuse-crimeshop

Opioid Trafficking – Knoxville, Tennessee, Florida and Rome

big-pharma-kills-crimeshop.jpg

Pill mill scheme ends with 700 deaths, not 7, but 700 dead individuals.

5 american’s, two Italians arrested and subsequently charged with fraud and a pretty significant drug trafficking conspiracy to distribute opioids in both Florida and Tennessee.

Four of the defendants were from Knoxville, one from Florida, and two were arrested by authorities in Rome, the US is seeking to extradite those two.

The indictments that were handed down allege that each of the defendants were involved in a scheme to operate pill mills in the United States.

The defendants in this particular case just so happened to run The Urgent Care & Surgery Center Enterprise.

opioid-addiction-crimeshop

The profit that these 7 turned from the distribution of oxycodone, oxymorphone and morphine stands at the very least around $21 million, the pill mill scheme also involved kickbacks and of course money laundering.

As for the $700 dead patients, all of the deaths were a result of overdosing on the narcotics that were prescribed by the center. I’d be willing to bet that the narcotics were also being over prescribed.

These lovely defendants hired medical providers with DEA registration numbers, allowing the defendants to actually prescribe the drugs and worse, the clinics did not accept insurance and ordered drug screenings in order to defraud Medicare.

Drug dealers would send “patients” in droves to the clinics just to get drugs prescribed to the mules for resale purposes on the streets while the pretend patients would receive some of the narcotics in lue of pay for getting the prescriptions.

bigpharma-kills-crimeshop.jpg

In all honesty it is time to take a hard look at opioids and consider taking them off of the table rather than cannabis.

They are the most abused and used drugs in the US, that just so happen to be some of the most deadly drugs that are in fact legal here in the US.

Of course the best and easiest way to do away with opioids and opioid abuse is to begin doing away with big pharma, who more often than not buys its way out of regulation, responsibility and accountability.
