Donald Trump a National Security Threat

Donald Trump’s Taxes Show Years of Avoidance and Losses

Cristal M Clark

Well it would appear Trump is not the millionaire everyone thought he was because his taxes show years of losses and tax avoidance. His excuse this morning was it was all fake news, tonight it was that he is entitled to credits.

What’s more is that his income taxes also more than prove that he is in fact a security threat to our nation. Thanks to the New York Times we now have insight as to why Trump has fought long and hard to try to keep his taxes from the public. I mean all presidents do release them but not Trump and for a multitude of reasons.

According to the Times, Trump has about $421 million in debts which he has personally guaranteed and which are coming due over the next several years. Russ Choma reported in Mother Jones last summer that Trump’s debts were nearly $500 million and would come due in relatively short order. But Trump’s debts are even bigger than that, and he’s worked hard to keep them hidden for decades.

Trump paid a whole $750 in federal income taxes in 2016, the year he was elected president, and the same amount the following year, when he entered the White House. In many years recently he hasn’t paid anything at all. He paid his daughter Ivanka lush consulting fees that he deducted as a business expense even though she helped him manage the Trump Organization. And he’s taken questionable tax write-offs on everything from getting his hair done to the tune of $70,000, to managing his personal residences.

The tax returns also show the extent to which Trump has repeatedly betrayed the interests of many of the average Americans who elected him and remain his most loyal supporters. The supporters who voted for Trump because they fell for his utter bullshit, his lies, the very things they hoped by voting for Trump would serve as a way to clean up DC and get more politicians in place that actually work for the people. No, they got the very thing in the office that they never wanted to see in office.

Trump supporters like him because he is a businessman, he is not and that is a fact.

Trump is not a business man, he created a fucking brand and not a very good one because his debt shows his brand is a failure, he had to sign personal guarantees to get loans. Trump has bragged about being worth $10 billion ever since he entered the 2016 presidential race, not true he is actually worth just a fraction. The Covid-19 pandemic has hit hard the sectors in which the Trump Organization operates real estate, travel and leisure. If Trump is unable to meet his debt payments, he’s either going to have to sell assets or get bailed out by a friend with funds. Trump isn’t likely to sell anything off and that makes him a target, in particular from obtaining a bailout from a foreign country.

Here are the 7 biggest takeaways:

Trump paid $750 in taxes in both 2016 and 2017

The Trump family lives a lavish lifestyle through business expenses -Wait, WTF, was his tax auditor sleeping at the wheel?

Some of his best-known businesses lose millions

Foreign visitors help support Trump properties – we already knew this

He paid family members in “consulting fees” -again has he never been audited? Basically he is writing off money to avoid paying taxes.

Trump’s lucrative licensing revenue has dwindled

Trump’s debt load is coming due

The Times said the president appears to be responsible for $421 million in loans, most of which will come due within four years. On top of that, a $100 million mortgage on Trump Tower in New York will come due in 2022.

No one with Trump’s financial woes would have access to national security intel, ever and at all, but here we go again Trump has access.

The absolute worst thing that has come out of Trump’s taxes is that Trump has managed to not only make a mockery of the White House and the US Presidency, he’s also made a mockery of the  IRS, National Security, The Republican Party, Lenders, US Citizens and his supporters. Jokes on you all, it’s almost like he is laughing at you – at your willingness to blindly follow him around because your are too blind to see the truth or too stupid, either way, he is laughing at all of you as you cast a vote for him. You are in fact a joke to Donald J Trump.

But you knew that right, I mean look at his response to Covid-19.

All Biden has to do now is hammer away during the debate with Trump on his taxes, how it is Trump who should be in jail for tax fraud, his lies, his deceit and the rate of death we have over Covid because Trump is afraid to lose the election for if he does, no one is going to bail him out. The truth of the matter is simple, Trump cannot afford to lose this election otherwise he’ll lose everything he never truly worked for nor actually had.

IRS Inadvertently Sends Stimulus Payments to Foreign Workers

Internal Revenue Service – Oops Our Bad

Cristal M Clark

While many are still waiting on those $1,200 stimulus payments the United States Government said they sent, some who aren’t even eligible for one are in fact receiving one. Turns out the IRS made a slight error and started sending payments out to Thousands of foreign workers which were meant for US workers only and to make matters worse, the IRS is scrambling to get those payments back, well truthfully they are trying to figure out how to get the payments back.

IRS-Mistakenly-Sends-Stimulus-payments-overseas-crimeshop

What would you do if the IRS inadvertently sent you money you should not have received especially right now? That’s right, you’d be out spending it, just like those that are overseas.

Those that received the stimulus funds are scrambling to spend it before the IRS can do anything to try to retrieve it.

Economic Stimulus Package Tax Rebate Checks Printed

How did this happen you ask? Well, due to an unforeseen glitch that funneled taxpayer dollars to other countries, according to tax consultants and the recipients themselves, that’s how that happened.

College students who worked in the US and  who spent time in the U.S. in the last two years, some of whom returned home long before the coronavirus pandemic have been surprised to find $1,200 checks deposited into their bank accounts. College students? The IRS is not getting anything back from them but good luck trying. There were 1.1 million foreign students in the U.S. last year according to the Institute of International Education.

The error stems from a tax-filing blunder, particularly for those on F-1 student and J-1 exchange visas. These workers study at US universities and work summer jobs in the US, often turn to TurboTax and other e-filing systems without knowing that the systems are designed only for U.S. residents. So to the IRS they are US citizens, which is a problem with the software by the way, not the IRS or the students.

To make matters worse, many temporary foreign workers each year file the wrong tax forms, something the IRS rarely catches the error because nonimmigrant workers’ Social Security numbers have the same number of digits as those of U.S. citizens, and therefore appear to be identical so they received US stimulus money.

According to industry insiders, normally the error doesn’t much matter, but this year it’s causing the IRS to think certain foreign workers are eligible for one-time stimulus payments. The glitch affects both workers in the U.S. and those who recently left the country.

In a year where every penny counts let’s just hope that the IRS starts looking at errors like this and starts making them matter, we wouldn’t want to continue to send out erroneous monies to foreigners who shouldn’t be receiving them moving forward would we?

ADP, LLC – Hiring Undocumented Immigrants?

ADP - crimeshop

IRS – Not Reporting Employee Earnings Correctly to IRS Either?

ADP the largest employer of record in the United States is not actually verifying those I-9’s the employee’s fill out.

Trump-gets-scolded-by-China-Crimeshop

I have to ask because this is an open door that I simply cannot resist, I wonder how Trump feels about that?

First let’s break this down to the basics, ADP is simply an employer of record, and as such they are responsible for:

Payroll processing

Tax Deposits and filings

Employment contracts and paperwork

Maintaining a certificate of insurance

I-9 and EVerify

Unemployment Insurance

Workers Comp

Background checks and drug screens

Contract employee benefit package administration

Employee terminations

Employee issues

And more or less depending on the employer.

The employer of record carries many responsibilities as you can see. The employee often times actually works for an entirely different company, still  the same by all legal rights they are the employee of ADP or any agency like ADP.

In this particular case the paperwork the employee originally signed clearly stated that ADP was in fact the employer of record and not the actual company she reported to work for each day.

everify-crimeshop

ADP’s failure to verify that I-9 was brought to light in 2015, when the employee was informed that ADP had her social security number in wrong. They even failed to initially EVerify her because they did not have her social security number down correctly. Turns out they couldn’t read her tiny handwriting too well so someone just made up a number or guessed rather than double check with her.

Which is a problem wouldn’t you say? I mean legally they are supposed to EVerify every new employee however, if you don’t have that employee’s correct social security number down then how could you possibly do the I-9 verification?

This particular employee even questioned how ADP was able to actually get through the EVerify using the wrong social security number with her US issued driver’s license.

What is clear here is that no one is actually managing I-9/EVerify.

Not the Government, not the employers, no one is managing it, so it’s a waste. It’s a complete waste of time, effort and if no one is managing it, why are we even required to do it?

It’s just a piece of paper employers are told new employees must fill out but it’s not always actually checked, by anyone.

This particular employees tale actually goes from bad to worse. When ADP realized the error in social security numbers the employee was locked out of the old account, in the state she worked they do not require employers hand out a pay-check stub, so ADP never did, the employee’s log in on-line and print them if they need them.

They instead informed the employee to file her taxes using the last pay stub from the wrong social they input wrong, plus her W2 with the corrected social. What’s worse is that ADP at one point told the employee they deleted the old record and could not get her those earnings.

They just deleted the information? How is that even legal?

So they inadvertently locked her out of the old account before she could the pay stub and they never reopened it for her. Despite her many requests.

They created the new one however, the employee could never log into that, so she asked for her stub’s to be emailed to her. ADP refused and this went on for about a year, come 2016 the employee never received a W2, despite the fact that she kept requesting one.

Eventually around June she was able to get one from ADP which she sent back because it did not include all of her earnings for the tax year 2015, ADP again refused to simply move the earnings from the bad account into the new one…

irs-crimeshop

They instead informed the employee to file her taxes using the last pay stub from the wrong social they input wrong, plus her W2 with the corrected social.

Now I am not tax expert but I’d to think at least the IRS would question an individual attempting to file a return using multiple social security numbers.

The issue was never resolved.

When the employee quit her position and moved in January of 2017 she called ADP to update her address so she would at least get her W2 for 2016.

She never received one and has called, emailed and responded to emails from ADP just about every month this year, to date they have refused to send her W2. So her plan is to just file her federal return with a made up number and let the IRS sort it out.

I commend that plan because she has also tried to phone the IRS, seems they are so busy the hold times have been over 30 minutes and she works during the day so it is not feasible to try to call them.

So not only is ADP refusing to send a W2, they are not verifying whether or not someone has a legal right to work in the US. Which makes all of you employers who use ADP, liable.

Not to mention you open yourselves up to ICE raids, and what of the IRS?

How is the IRS sure ADP is even reporting employee earnings correctly when they are not even able to input one employee’s social security number correctly.

How many other employee’s has this happened to?

That is the problem, no one could ever really truly say or know.
