#WWIII – Invasion of the Meme Culture

World War III  Meme’s Go Viral

Cristal M Clark

IMG_2827 - Edited

While speaking with a good friend of mine yesterday who hails from Edinburgh, we stumbled across the subject of a potential world war and the meme culture that appears to be following it. I asked my friend if he had heard from anyone from back home with regards to the memes that continue to blow up across social media.

Sadly, the world is watching America make ourselves look like complete idiots who take very little seriously. My friend told me he saw a news story where an individual attempted to explain his meme off as him trying to cope with the fear of being drafted for war. So if a new war starts, civilians, innocent civilians, will die and this guy might be the one pulling the trigger so he is posting meme’s as a way to cope with some sort of fear?

Worse off is that the general consensus with regards to American’s and a potential war is that we are a nation of sissies who refuse to take the threat of war seriously, we fail to see the seriousness of a US led airstrike that took out Iran’s top General – hence we find that funny and think it to be a joking matter. A nation full of hipsters who care more about material objects, craft beer, avocado toast and what the Kardashian’s are up to than the devastation war can cause. Americans are making a joke out of something that will kill millions in the Middle East. Lives are in danger. People in the Middle East, Innocent People are worried about their future and over here in America, we think it is a joking matter? That is completely disgusting.

42C26AAF-CC5F-4570-A876-5DD4A3A8C015-1278-00000073D408CBD3

6F568773-1B78-4C7B-9025-C885EDB5BC17-1278-0000006F3855EA62

Maybe it is because war has never truly touched American’s, we don’t live in constant fear of our cities, towns, municipalities and states being raided and bombed every single day. We do not truly live under oppressive rulers, we don’t have General’s in our military who order and condone the military raping and pillaging. We are not being raided by terrorists, we do not really have to live in fear of them every single day like those in other countries. We are virtually untouched by the threats that other nations face so it does make sense that we as a society feel less touched by the seriousness of the potential blow back as a result of last week’s US led airstrike.

But to make matters even worse, the whole world seeing these meme’s wonders if we really did go to war what our potential drafted soldiers will be like, which has left some in war torn nations to hope that we do in fact go to war, given the meme’s that they are seeing, seemingly indicating that the US could be easily beaten and Trump’s warning to Iran? To many it’s empty given the meme’s they are seeing, we have a nation full of individuals joking around about this, so really is Trump serious or is this a joke to him as well?

You would think or hope rather that those behind many of the meme’s would take the time to show some tact and dignity, maybe even a little class and stop joking about the potential for war here. It is not a question of if, but more a matter of when and how Iran extracts it’s revenge and when that happens it will affect all of us as a nation.

Iran Leaders Vow Revenge for Death of Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani

Trump Starts World War 3?

Cristal M Clark

mq9-reaper-drone-crimeshop - Edited

If you missed what went down yesterday here is a recap;  Yesterday President Donald Trump ordered the U.S. drone strike that killed Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani, who the United States regarded as a war criminal responsible for hundreds of American deaths.

US -airstrike-kills- Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani-crimeshop

Both Republicans and Democrats agree that Soleimani is an enemy of the US, however the move left congress deeply divided as well as the vast majority of US citizens.

And as for Iran well, the leaders have vowed revenge leaving  cybersecurity and defense experts bracing for an Iranian cyber-offensive that could target online infrastructure across the US military and the private sector, Iran has a vast and dangerous cyber army that it’s been building for years.

Sam Curry, the chief security officer at Cybereason: “Iran is an intelligent cyber opponent with an army of people testing our systems every minute of every day. It is the ultimate game of cat and mouse.”

Although the US has also built up it’s cybersecurity and defenses, it is not where near what other countries have done by a long shot, meaning that Iran will most likely target our infrastructure which has left industry experts and insiders extremely worried because the US has only recently learned about how the Iranian cyber groups truly operate and that has left the US Government in a bit of a panic because as of this very moment, in terms of cyberwarfare Iran has the upper hand.

Air Force Gen. William Shelton predicted in 2013; “They are going to be a force to be reckoned with, with the potential capabilities that they will develop over the years and the potential threat that will represent to the United States.”

mq9-reaper-drone-crimeshop - Edited

Republicans celebrated what they described as Trump’s decisive action, Democrats criticized the president’s order to act unilaterally while expressing grave concern that this action would move the United States closer to an intractable war with Iran.

Sen. Chris Murphy D-Conn had this to say; “No matter how good it may feel that Qasem Soleimani is no longer alive, he likely will end up being more dangerous to the United States, our troops, and our allies, as a martyr than as a living, breathing military adversary.” And living on as a martyr is the magic word.

Sen. Murphy didn’t stop at that, he also included; “There will be reprisals, and Iran will likely target American troops and even our own political and military leaders. This is why the United States does not assassinate leaders of foreign nations, in the end such action risks getting more, not less, Americans killed in the long run.” He couldn’t be more spot on.

Senate Foreign Relations Chairman Robert Menendez;

“The question that has to be answered is what brought us to this moment. what’s the intelligence behind that? And what comes now?”

He went on to say;

”I fear that this administration used tactics but has no strategy in the long term … what we can’t accept is a march to an unauthorized war.”

Trump-War-With-Iran - Edited

All of that speculation aside, no one is quite sure what, how, or when Iran intends on striking back, the one thing we all know is that they will in fact attempt to extract revenge, the bigger question however is will that truly bring us closer to another war? Was it not Trump and his followers who once accused President Obama of attempting to start a war so that he would be able to remain in office?

Donald Trump – Of Course Iran Didn’t Arrest 17 US Spies

idiot-trump-crimeshop.jpg

Donald Trump The All Knowing

Cristal M Clark

According to Donald Trump, Iran’s claim that it has captured 17 people spying for the U.S. is “totally false.” On Monday, a senior Iranian intelligence officer told reporters in Tehran that Iran has detained CIA-trained Iranian nationals who were attempting to gather information on the country’s military and nuclear capabilities.

iran-captured-us-spies-crimeshop

“The rulings for these spies have been issued and a number of them will be executed as corruptors on Earth,” said the intelligence officer, who was not identified. Iran’s semiofficial news agency Fars describes him as the director-general of the intelligence ministry’s counterespionage department.

Of course, Trump had to say something on the matter in usual fashion, through Twitter.

“The Report of Iran capturing CIA spies is totally false. Zero truth. Just more lies and propaganda (like their shot down drone) put out by a Religious Regime that is Badly Failing and has no idea what to do, their Economy is dead, and will get much worse. Iran is a total mess!”

us-central-intelligence-agency-crimeshop

According to Iran, the U.S. recruited spies at scientific conferences around the world, then made promises that included money, a job in the U.S. or medical aid. The Iranian nationals would allegedly be tasked with collecting information for the U.S. Which, makes total sense.

What’s more is how in the bloody hell would Trump know anything with regards to this matter, he barely gives any credit to nor pays much attention when his own intelligence community offers up any intel, on any matter. Then you have the obvious question, why would the intelligence community even inform Donald Trump of any spies they might have recruited from Iran given Trump’s tenacious ability to inform world leaders of US intel.

U.S. tensions with Iran have been escalating in the wake of the U.S. pulling out of the international agreement to try to stem Iran’s nuclear ambitions, which the US is failing at, rather horribly. We also recently ramped up sanctions against Iran. On Thursday, it said one of its Navy ships took down an Iranian drone but, according to Iran that intel is not entirely accurate.

Trump’s rather ill thought out tweet yesterday further shows his reluctance to either work with or hammer down on Iran. So far, Iran is winning the war of words.

Iran Killing US Spies?

iran-captures-us-spies-crimeshop

U.S. Central Intelligence Agency

Cristal M Clark

Iranian officials have announced today that 17 people have been captured who were all spies who happened to be working for the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. That’s a rather unusual number of spies to have captured and subsequently killed and/or jailed.

Yes, Iran admitted that some have been sentenced to death while others are imprisoned. Iran claims that each of the individuals were trained by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and they claim to know just how that happened considering all of the so-called US spies are actually Iranian citizens.

US-Central-Intelligence_agency-crimeshop

At the briefing held by Iran’s head of counter espionage, an official claimed the 17 accused were lured into spying while applying for or renewing U.S. visas or while attending conferences abroad with promises of money and opportunities to work in the United States. While the United States seems a little weary of talking about CIA recruitment abroad, not to mention that U.S. officials have not yet responded to the allegations.

The accused were given surveillance equipment by handlers to place in sensitive government locations and received “extensive training” by the CIA in order to communicate from Iran without being detected, officials claimed. They were also given fake identification. Some of those captured agreed to cooperate with Iranian authorities and are now helping to work against the U.S., officials said.

NBC News has obtained a copy of the files that they say include audio exchanges between alleged CIA operatives and their Iranian sources, business cards and photos of alleged CIA officers and their families, and a copy of an Iranian documentary that claims to uncover the identities of the alleged spies.

On Friday, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard seized a British oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz.

Senior U.S. defense officials said that U.S. Marines jammed an Iranian drone in the Gulf of Hormuz on Thursday, bringing it down and destroying it.

A U.S. surveillance drone was also shot down last month by Iran’s Revolutionary Guard. In the aftermath of the incident, President Donald Trump confirmed that he was “cocked and loaded” to strike Iranian targets but decided to call the strikes off, saying the loss of life would make it a disproportionate response.

idiot-trump-crimeshop

This news breaks as tensions rise between the US and Iran, and who is to say what the US will do if anything given Trump’s rather lackadaisical take on such matters. If anything, Iran is showing the world that they are a forced not to be fucked about with.

As to the spies Iran claims to have, it would appear that the US as per the norm will quietly walk away and leave them to figure it out on their own.

U.S. Annual Human Rights Report

flipping-the-bird-president-putin-crimeshop

Hypocritical Nonsense At Best

Cristal M Clark

If anyone has any trouble getting a little shut eye might I suggest the newly minted 2018 U.S. annual human rights report, a report that drew the ire of many in particular Russia, China and Iran.

US-Human-Rights-Report-CrimeShop

The report is hands down the best long read joke that I have ever had the opportunity to peruse and the jokes are a huge hit.

mike-pompeo-crimeshop

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo explained told reporters that the U.S. has “told those who disgrace the concept of human dignity they will pay a price, that their abuses will be meticulously documented and then publicized.” In the report the US accused various nations around the world of abusing basic liberties and freedoms while failing to admit that the United States does this on a daily to basis to its very own, men and women who are citizens of the United States.

The U.S. report included a laundry list of alleged Russian abuses, including extrajudicial killings and arrests, the targeting of journalists and politicians critical of Russian President Vladimir Putin as well as rampant human trafficking, domestic abuse and the oppression of minorities and members of the LGBT community. The State Department also specifically cited human rights conditions in the republic of Chechnya and the “occupation” of the Crimean Peninsula, which Moscow annexed in 2014 amid a political uprising in Ukraine.

With regards to Russia; “The government failed to take adequate steps to prosecute or punish most officials who committed abuses, resulting in a climate of impunity.” Which promoted the Russian Foreign Ministry to voice a few issues of its own, contending that “the report is yet another confirmation that the position of the U.S. administration in the field of human rights is based on the frank application of double standards, depending on whether a particular state follows the strategic guidelines of Washington, the USA remains, perhaps, the only country among the leading states of the world, which still lives by the illusions about its own exclusiveness.”

Russian-Foreign-Ministry-CrimeShop

The ministry condemned ongoing U.S. sanctions and well came up with its own list of alleged U.S. human rights violations, which is easy to do we have so many to choose from. The list includes some that are actually truthful, domestic charges of racism and anti-immigrant discrimination, law enforcement abuse, mass surveillance, media suppression and “restrictions on rights and freedoms under the pretext of fighting terrorism,” as well as “violations of human rights committed by the United States in other countries in the framework of the so-called anti-terrorist operations.”

“Once again, we urge the American side to address its own flaws in the human rights field,” the ministry said.

China was not to be left out “China “is in a league of its own when it comes to human rights violations.”

The State Department has claimed that China “significantly intensified its campaign of mass detention of members of Muslim minority groups in the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region Xinjiang,” leaving “800,000 to possibly more than two million Uighurs, ethnic Kazakhs, and other Muslims in internment camps designed to erase religious and ethnic identities” in measures officially stated to defeat “so-called” terrorist and separatist movements. Hmmm that sounds a lot like the vaguely familiar rhetoric that I hear spewing from the lips of our Felon President.

It gets better, the report insists that China went after nearly all forms of political opposition, threatening detention, forced disappearances, violence and even state-sanctioned killings against “journalists, lawyers, writers, bloggers, dissidents, petitioners.” The report noted the government’s crusade against corruption, but criticized the Chinese Communist Party’s unrivaled dominance.

Chinese Foreign Minister spokesperson Lu Kang noted similar documents in the past and said “we firmly oppose it and have lodged stern representations with the U.S. side.” He argued that “remarkable progress has been made in China’s human rights cause” and that, “on this topic, the Chinese people have the best say, and our achievements are there for all to see.”

“We will continue to forge ahead on the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and make new strides along the way,” Lu told journalists. “We urge the U.S. side to take off its tinted classes, abandon the cold-war mindset and ideological prejudice, view China’s human rights situation in an objective and fair manner, and stop using this issue to interfere in China’s internal affairs.”

He said that he “would advise the U.S. to reflect upon their own human rights situation at home and deal with their own issues first,” such as “shocking gender discrimination” and “immigration tragedy.”

Finally, Iran the report claims the government of Iran “killed over 20 people and arrested thousands without due process just for protesting for their rights” and “banned media outlets from covering the demonstrations.” The State Department’s report asserted that Iran’s “human rights record remained extremely poor and worsened in several key areas.”

The document criticized Iran’s high execution rate, rivaled only by China, and accused Tehran’s revolutionary Shiite Muslim leadership of crimes similar to those allegedly committed by the governments in Beijing and Moscow, such as harsh and extended prison sentences for relatively minor crimes (you know sort of like the number of young black men here in the US that are incarcerated for minor crimes for long prison terms that make absolutely no sense whatsoever), and general restrictions on freedoms. The U.S. also condemned Iran’s alleged role in human rights abuses abroad, including its reported support for militant groups in Iraq, Syria and Yemen.

Irianian-Foreign-Minister-Bahram-Qassemi-crimeshop

Not to be left out, Iran had to hit back too Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Bahram Qassemi dismissed the allegations, calling the U.S. “the world’s biggest violator of human rights” and arguing that President Donald Trump’s administration “with its dark and unacceptable human rights record, is definitely not qualified enough to address human rights situation in Iran,” where he said Washington’s sanctions had caused suffering among citizens.

Qassemi further criticized U.S. support for Middle Eastern allies, such as Israel, which the report criticized for alleged human rights abuses on both sides of the conflict between Israeli and Palestinians. For the first time, however, the annual human rights did not refer to the Golan Heights in Syria as being “occupied” by Israel, instead calling it “controlled” by Israel, contrary to an international consensus.

“Sooner or later, the U.S. administration should be held accountable for its crimes,” Qassemi warned.

trump-is-a-felon-crimeshop

We have a president sitting in the oval office who committed felony crimes while in office, got away with sexual exploitation and abuses of women prior to becoming president and spats out white nationalist views and lies as if they are glorious. He was idolized in the most recent mass shooting, by name for his rhetoric and views with regards to white supremacy, his racist ways and his bigotry, and men who grope, grab and attempt to sexually exploit women have used our president’s behaviors as a defense, case in point, I wrote a story a while back about Grab Em By the Pussy making a comeback where a man was groping a woman and felt that if our president could get away with it, so should he.

The reality is this, before the U.S. calls out any country for wrongdoing and human rights violations the U.S. should be looking at herself for those very same violations both at home and abroad, we have not a single right to call out any other country until we get our own shit together, starting with wtf are we allowing a felon, bigot, racist, sexist pig run this country?

While I do not always agree with the human rights violations of other countries, judge not, lest you be judged.

Trump and his pathetic administration should learn that.

Governments Can Now Hack, Pretty Much Everything

cyberwarfare-defense-crimeshop

Hacking, iPhones, Breaking WIFI Security & Eavesdropping

By: Cristal M Clark

Spy technology entrepreneurs have found a goldmine of opportunity, they are offering their services up to Governments for a fee, of course.

Verint which is a billion-dollar company offers up global interception and surveillance.

NSO Group-Crimeshop

The rather infamous NSO Group whose founders by the way are from Israel, a nation I lecture a lot about, quiet, low key but tech wise, front runners.  Now they have been renamed Q Cyber Technologies, sells hacking tools to governments on every continent with little apparent oversight and targets ranging from drug cartels and terrorists to journalists and human rights activists.

While others Hack into iPhones, break WIFI security, and even do a little eavesdropping on conversations and data that is chosen by governments willing to pay a premium for access to everything connected to the internet.

You might be wondering where in the hell this could be legal right?

As it turns out, the Middle East is the perfect spot for the job at hand because the The Middle East, in case you did not know actually does have connections to well, pretty much everywhere.

cyberwarfare-crimeshop

To give you an idea with regards to just how lucrative cyber spying is:

The hacking industry has literally exploded in recent years and continues to do so, growing by leaps and bounds. The last few years have been good for the “interception” if you will, industry, the latest news of cyber warfare has drastically raised awareness, which is great right? But, it by default acts an advertisement.

That industry by the how is raking in over $3 billion a year if not every 6 months.. Now who has that sort of funding to spend?

Government-Boards-hack-american-citizens-crimeshop.jpg

Thursday, NSO Group was sold for $1 billion from the American private equity firm Francisco Partners,  the company’s founders Shalev Hulio and Omri Lavie who originally owned it (it’s been sold before), along with European private equity firm Novalpina Capital.

The new deal is being compared to the Star Alliance, which was a partnership between 27 airline companies which allowed each company to have global reach through the alliance (sort of like a cartel), according to Tal Dilian, who just so happens to be one of the founding members of the Intellexa alliance.

Most of these guys are from Israel, Google it, I’ve been sounding the alarm on this since 2014.

Intellexa hopes to bring offerings that will provide the world’s governments increased ability to target anyone that they so choose.

Intellexa’s marketing says that is has the  ability to intercept 2G, 3G, 4G and wifi communications. The companies within the alliance provide both remote stationery and close-proximity mobile systems ranging from vehicles to backpacks or specially equipped drones and helicopters.

Yes, well will those drones as they spy on me be bringing me a beloved quad shot americano?

“Intellexa will provide law enforcement and intelligence agencies with an end-to-end intelligence solution, including a premium field intelligence collection platform as well as robust remote collection and analysis systems.”

the Intellexa partnership by the way is made up of  5 non-public partners and Nexa Technologies, WiSpear, and Cytrox.

WiSpear is and old one but a good one, its  a wifi interception firm founded by Dilian who previously worked on Circles, (hope you are keeping up here, they are all the same firms and people, they just sleep in the same beds and marry a new entity every now and again, after a divorce from the last), a telecom-interception firm that was acquired by NSO Group. WiSpear recently acquired Cytrox, a European firm specializing in developing exploits that can break into devices used by a target.

The alliance also includes Nexa Technologies, a French firm previously known as Amesys.

Intellexa will be first announced at IDEX, a “military industry” conference in Abu Dhabi an event which is well known for, well buying and selling “cutting-edge” hacking tools. Of course the Persian Gulf just so happens to be the world’s hotbed for the hacking market.

persian-gulf-crimeshop

Now, some might be upset that a government entity might be spying on them, I would be more concerned over the fact that these professional spy technology firms really do put users at risk, they lack any and all global oversight and they usually sell their malware to rulers of nations that are less than on the up and up and dictators of same.

But even more scary is that countries and other more reputable governments are starting to stop and take a hard look at these spy tech groups that operate in some pretty questionable ways and they are considering utilizing their services.

Wars are moving off of the streets, so Donald Trump can argue his wall appropriations all day to absolutely no avail. The very second you stop your focus on the real issue at hand is the very second you will lose.

And that, the US is already doing, quite well actually, by declaring a National Emergency for a wall, well and I am simply glancing in the direction of Robert Mueller, your focusing on some issues that are more in the past when you should have been focusing on issues more forward from the election.

The US is weak in terms of cyberwarfare by design, not by accident. It’s all in black and white, in the news, social media, if anyone had bothered themselves with paying attention after all, it subtly and gently slipped right past everyone.

China Preparing for Possible High-Profile Hacks?

China_hack_crimeshop

NSA Seems to Think So

Cristal M Clark

rob-joyce-nsa-crimeshop.jpeg

Rob Joyce an official at the NSA seems to think that China is getting ready for some possible high-profile hacks, at least that is what he is telling the Wall Street Journal.

china-hackers-breach-marriott_crimeshop

According to Rob, thus far China has focused it’s hacks on stealing trade secrets and spying which Rob could not be more wrong about by the way.

power-grid-cyber-attack-crimeshop

The suspicion is that China prepositioning itself to attack “critical infrastructure” such as energy, health care, finance and transportation.

cyber-attack-us-infrastructure-crimeshop.jpg

What makes this a rather curious situation for the NSA – as far as the US Government is concerned this is simply just speculation, they have no proof of this – at all.

China has always denied conducting any hacking attempts, and the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Geng Shuang said to the NYT that: “China firmly opposes all forms of cyberattack and cracks down on it in accordance with the law.”

cyber-attack-us-Crimeshop

China by the way, as recently reported, the preliminary investigation results into the Marriott/Starwood hacking incident suggests it was in fact part of a Chinese intelligence operation.

hacking-US-Government-crimeshop

In all honesty the NSA is not so far off the mark in it’s suspicion of China.

However, the NSA is wrong to think China is merely prepositioning itself. China as well as other countries are already in a position to attack our “critical Infrastructure.”

While US leadership was asleep at the wheel other nations have had years to “preposition” themselves for a major cyberattack on the US and they are in fact already in a position for a major cyber attack on the US “critical infrastructure.”

Come now, nobody really believes that all of these hacks and cyber attacks were done just to merely siphon trade secrets and just simply to spy do you?

Trump: “Make America Great Again and folks that is just what I have done here. This zombie apocalypse is just what America needed. I have created more jobs in America than any president previously has by creating jobs for the zombies.”

Trump: “Zombies don’t even ask for paychecks, we just toss them a journalist or someone who doesn’t support me, like Jeff Sessions and they eat them. I have created more jobs for the zombies than any other president ever could, and these zombies’ folks don’t even want housing so because of me the cost of housing is going to go down in record number and because of all of that, I have made America great again! No other president can say that, they just cannot say that!”

Trump: “At least the zombies have a real excuse for not kneeling for the National Anthem, like a rotting limb could become detached from the body and also because of the zombie apocalypse the zombies and I agree that they don’t need shoes so for all those folks planning to burn your Nike gear, you no longer have to because of zombies and me Nike sales are going to drop drastically.”

All joking aside Emirates Flight EK 203 from Dubai landed in New York yesterday and was in fact greeted by health officials along with local authorities because passengers and the crew had fallen ill during the flight.

Basically, a plane full of sick people is cause for national concern and it is treated as such, except for, well I guess those guys over at the CDC don’t watch much of the Walking Dead.

11 out of 549 individuals went to the hospital and those 11 are still in the hospital. The remaining passengers and crew were allowed to carry on to their respective destinations.

The CDC is still investigating at the time of writing this to see what made everyone sick but as it were have determined that it is not communicable at this juncture.

Rest assured my Walking Dead Fellow Fans/And Fellow Anti Trump fans, we may still see a zombie apocalypse given that the CDC has not yet determined what is going on if anything. So, we may yet get a break from the likes of Donald Trump.

Fingers crossed.
