Obstruction of Justice – Shopper ID Cards

Donald Trump Giving New Meaning to the Name Joker

Donald Trump really does give new meaning to the name “The Joker,” not to mention he does really make a much more frightening/sinister looking Joker.

This may come as a shock to some of you, Trump at his rally in Florida on Tuesday night, lied.

I know it disheartens everyone who is reading this, and as hard as it is for all of you to believe, he did in fact, tell a lie.

grocery-shopper-id-crimeshop

Actually, I heard the speech, in its entirety, it was painful to listen too, he told many tall tales, blew smoke through screens and talked completely around issues, boasted himself as this great leader, which was another lie by the way.

trump-is-fake-news

And the mainstream media isn’t even addressing let alone conversing about that because, Trump would call it fake news, however if you live here in the US, it-is-real-news!

Still the same, he lied to the many proud Floridians who voted for him, the state he just loves as he stated during the speech.

Hope he likes it as much when it gets swallowed by the ocean because of climate change.

At any rate, Trump’s biggest lie was when he actually misstated that in order to purchase groceries, one needs an ID card in the US.

Wait, what was that? Correct me if I am wrong here, I only need that if I am purchasing sinus medication and/or alcohol in addition to my groceries.

All of that said, he might have been confused because in Florida they do sell full strength wine and beer in grocery stores so maybe he witnessed someone with junk food and some natty light having to show ID and thought to himself “See, everyone has to show ID when they buy groceries.”

Right, who am I kidding here, Trump hasn’t set foot into a market in any effort to purchase anything in decades, he has no idea what the process is for purchasing things like groceries.

So, let this be a lesson to all media outlets; Not even our president Trump fact checks prior to opening his mouth. He starts talking or tweeting and crap tends to runneth over, spreading misleading information, fake facts, and completely false news.

Hell, next time someone is accused of distributing “fake news” they could inform the said accusers that they are getting their intel from Trump and his illustrious administration that tends to never check anything prior to distributing information to the masses, no one would be the wiser and they would actually believe that story.

trump-mueller-obstruction-crimeshop.jpg

Speaking of Trump and spewing garbage, let’s look at what he is doing about the Russia investigation?

Shocking news here, but he is trying to have our Attorney General Jeffrey Sessions shut the investigation down.

For the love of God Donald, that is so Richard Nixon, why not try being original and learn from history instead of repeating it!

Be original not like all of those before you, Donald.

Don’t get me wrong, Trump has an entire world of support here, we completely back his every effort to get himself impeached by obstructing justice, it’s just that we’d like to Trump show us how smart he actually is by obstructing justice, rather than try to convince us that he is smart, be creative, do something fresh and new for a change.

Really try to put some effort into this man.

Either way, I just want Donald Trump to know, that the entire world does truly support his effort at getting himself impeached.

See, Donald Trump finally found some common ground where he can actually get support and backing for one of his endeavors, globally.

Big Pharma Sends Over 20M Pain Pills to Town of Only 3,200

Docs and Big Pharma

Pharmaceutical Industry Sending Some Love

From 2006-2016 two drug wholesalers happened to ship 10.2 million hydrocodone pills and a rather exessive 10.6 million oxycodone pills to two pharmacies in W. Virginia.

In a joint statement:

“These numbers are outrageous and we will get to the bottom of how this destruction was able to be unleashed across West Virginia.” Greg Walden, R-Ore who serves as the House Energy and Commerce Committee chairman, along with ranking member Frank Pallone Jr, D, NJ.

opiods-kill-crimeshop

West Virginia suffered the highest drug overdose death rate of any state for the year 2016 by the way.

A congressional committee that is tasked with investigating the opioid crisis discovered the rather large amount of opioids being sent to the such a small rural area and began to look into what might have been the root causes of it.

The panel set out letters to drug wholesalers Miami-Luke’s and H.D. Smith asking what the hell?

DoctorPayOuts-BigPharma-crimeshop.jpg

The committees investigations tend to look at identifying systemic issues like the mass amounts of opioids that are sent to small town pharmacies and one of the red flags is when the number of opioids exceed the towns actual number of residents.

In this case, it clearly shows abuse of the drugs because that averages out to more than 6,500 painkillers per person but…who is to blame for that, really?

opiod-abuse-crimeshop

Is it the patients who should be blamed for abusing the drugs?

Is it the wholesalers who are shipping them out?

Is it the pharmacies who are simply tasked with filling prescriptions?

The doctors who are handing out the opioid prescriptions like candy?

While I understand going after the wholesalers, let’s be completely and brutally honest here, this is still the US government going after the little guys instead of going for the mob bosses.

You know, the ones that just so happen to line the pockets of most of the politicians who are in the political arena.

big-pharma-mafia-crimeshop

Jeffrey Sessions and his crew can continue to go after these small time pushers, the reality is that the nation is starting to really see who is responsible for pushing the drugs and getting them out on the streets and sooner or later, big pharma is going to have to pay the price for creating addiction for the sole purpose of lining its pockets, rather than create cures.

Which is what it is advertised as, creating cures, and the ‘temporary’ relief of pain, and correct me if I am wrong, technically speaking of course, that is in fact, very false and misleading advertising now isn’t it?

Jeff Sessions Sued by 12-Year Old Colorado Girl

COLOMBIA-MARIJUANA-RALLY

Marijuana the Schedule I drug – That shouldn’t be a Schedule I Drug

I would love to be sitting here telling you that Jeff Sessions is being sued simply because he is a complete idiot but that’s not why he is being sued.

jeff-sessions-CrimeShop.jpg

As it turns out a 12-year old girl here in Colorado is suing him over the drug policy here in America.

The drug in particular that Alexis Bortell is upset about just so happens to be cannabis.

Declassify Marijuana-Bernie Sanders-Crimeshop

So, Alexis Bortell has filed a lawsuit claiming that the federal prohibition on marijuana is unconstitutional.

Alexis Bortell-Crimeshop

Alexis just so happens to use a strain of cannabis oil called Haleigh’s Hope which helps with seizures. Alexis was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was younger and this should come as no shock to anyone, traditional medicine was not helping so she and her family moved to Colorado from Texas so that they could legally obtain cannabis oils to treat her.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions Testifies Before Senate Intelligence Committee

The very sad truth is, the government is completely blind to the medical benefits from cannabis and that blindness just so happens to be on purpose.

BIG-PHARMA-crimeshop

Big Pharma is sleeping with quite a few folks in the political arena so…we have that and they do line quite a few pockets along the way.

Additionally, big pharma actually throws more money at trying to trick voters into not legalizing cannabis than most people know about. That’s because they would rather poison us all with that shit they make and try to shove down our throats, that does very little to resolve health problems, in fact more often than not they tend to create other, more debilitating health problems.

Cannabis helps resolve a plethora of health issues with more positive results and it’s not destroying internal organs along the way.

It’s a plant that’s been around since the beginning of time, with more medical benefits than any pill big pharma could ever dream of making. They are just pissed that the cannabis industry as a whole keeps shutting big pharma out of the industry.

Which is the smartest move anyone could make.

Some of the health problems it’s known to help with are and certainly not limited to:

Nausea

Pain

PTSD

Sleep

Nightmares (for those of us who suffer from severe nightmares)

Anxiety

Some forms of Depression

Some forms of Bipolar Disorder

Lupus

Alzheimer and dementia patients, marijuana can reduce feelings of confusion and agitation

It was found that THC, blocks inflammation in the brain and “stimulates the removal of toxic plaque”.

Marijuana has also been used to help dementia patients

For stroke victims, marijuana can, quite literally, shrink the damage away

Marijuana can reduce tremors and slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease

A recent study in the journal Cerebral Cortex showed possibilities that marijuana can help heal the brain after a concussion, or other traumatic injury

Seizures

Glaucoma

Eating disorders

Crohn’s disease

Cancer, It was found in the study, published in the journal Molecular Cancer Therapeutics, that Cannabidiol has the ability to stop cancer by turning off a gene called Id-1

Eczema, Psoriasis, Atopic and Contact Dermatitis

Pain management

Helps reverse the carcinogen effects of tobacco, and improve lung health according to a study back in January of 2012, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association

That’s a pretty decent sized list, yes? It’s not even complete, that is a partial list folks.

Alexis has a huge following on her side right now which includes me.

usa-sessions-senate-CrimeShop

Jeff Sessions might want to consider backing way off on his stance with regards to marijuana because he has an entire nation of people who do in fact believe in the medical benefits of cannabis because we’ve tried “traditional” medicine before and are fully and acutely aware of the dangers and damage traditional medicine causes to the human body and mind.

Jeff Sessions is going to lose this battle eventually and it’s not going to be pretty for him at all.

Trump’s Message to key members of the President's cabinet – You Might Be Next!

Donald Trump-CrimeShop

Donald Trump  - Trolling and Trash Talking Jeff Sessions

So it’s become all to clear that Trump really does want Jeff Sessions out but what’s even more clear if you are reading between the lines is the distinct message Trump is sending to his cabinet:

You Could be Next!

Seeing this reminded of the campaign about if you see something, say something and I will go into why Trump’s latest tirade has reminded me of that at the end of this article.

Here is a message that Trump is neglecting to send, no matter when the cabinet member came into play, while it was during the early stages, later in the game or today, a cabinet members job is not to serve the president with blind loyal obedience, it is to serve the country and it’s people.

Pesident-trump-looking-stupid-crimeShop

A job Trump clearly does not take seriously, he treats his new title as President of the United States as nothing more as a power play and a childish one at that.

It’s a joke to him and he is making this country his own personal playground.

Jeff Sessions-Crime_Shop

Jeff gave up a 20 year senate seat to serve under Trump in his cabinet, never abandoned ship, through thick and thin. Don't get me wrong, I don't care for Jeff at all, I believe he is inept, but the way Trump is going about getting rid of the guy, well that is just flat out worse than childish.

Trump’s claim that he can be “more presidential than any president” at his Ohio rally, is really put to the test as he continues to troll and trash talk Jeff, in a very public way.

Does Trump really think behaving like a spoiled brat is Presidential, in any way?

I am being serious when I ask, I mean is the guy drinking all day and drunk tweeting or doing interviews, does he partake in a little green where he’s totally chill and just shooting off at the hip, is he doing lines?

What in the hell ever gave him the idea, that his behavior is “Presidential” in any way, shape or form?

Even the moodiest of teens exhibits better behavior, on a bad day!

White-House-Communications-Anthony-Scaramucci-crimeshop

Here’s the bad, Anthony Scaramucci said "The President wants his Cabinet secretaries to have his back."

And worse than that, a friend of the President said, "This is the way the President likes it. Nobody has command and control except him."

Trump should have the American people's back, which he doesn’t he is far more concerned with power, greed and his own back.

He should be serving us, not himself.

And his Cabinet, well as I stated they serve the country first and foremost.

They are not to serve or protect someone leading our country who is without morals, or ethics. Which sums up Trump.

That said, I am more than sure that some in Trump's cabinet might know of a little something worthy of reporting. You don't get close to someone on a day to day level and walk away knowing nothing.

So, while Trump’s message to his cabinet may not have gone unnoticed, America has a message to his cabinet that they may not have heard just yet:

Remember ladies and gentlemen who it is that you really serve.

If you have seen something, now is the time say something.

If you know something, now is the time to say something.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions – And his “War on Thugs”

Jeff Sessions-Crime_Shop.jpg

Jeff Sessions Can’t Back up His Mandatory Sentencing Claims

trump administration war on crime-crimeshop

The Trump administration’s tough on crime agenda is about as useful as decaf coffee.

It has no use other than in the garbage.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions latest reason to be tough on crime was to creatively without any proof, reference a memo by the Obama Administration that had suggested that federal prosecutors avoid charges for low-level drug offenders that could trigger lengthy mandatory minimums.

Sessions clearly not understanding how crime rates work, quite disagrees with that memo. His rather dull, unproven and completely inaccurate argument is that the memo actually caused violent crime to spike for the first time in decades and he incorrectly suggested that his decision to revoke the memo will, in turn, cause violent crime to fall, with absolutely zero proof what so ever that the memo did in fact cause crime to spike.

Which it didn’t by the way.

Throughout the history of crime it has never once been proven that mandatory sentencing has ever brought crime numbers down.

Ever.

u.s.-crime-rates-crime-shop.jpeg

What we do tend to see when we study crime rates are things like poverty, drugs, gangs and alcohol tend to help increase crime levels along with as you might have guessed, a growing population.

To break that down into layman’s terms for someone like Jeff Sessions who so very clearly has no grasp on crime in our nation, our population overall is growing and any time you have a growing population you will see an increase in crime rates because, well, as one might also guess crime rates grow as the population grows.

So the demand is bigger, poverty is a bigger problem, drug use becomes a bigger problem, gangs become a bigger problem and so on and so forth.

To take that a step even further, it’s not always really an increase in crime if you are looking at just numbers, although it may appear that way because of the of the way crime stats are reported, one has to compare those numbers with the numbers of the population which very few of us actually do, especially the mainstream media.

The point is simple, crime rates usually tend to keep up with the growth of the population that supports it. So the numbers in relation to its population really have not increased overall, despite what they were the year before, or year before that, etc. It’s not like the population is shrinking here.

More often than not, mandatory sentencing can do more harm than good because mandatory sentencing tends to create blanket sentencing. The one crime, one sentence for all type of thing.

The sad fact is that we currently live in a society where blanket sentencing is no longer an appropriate nor effective way of dealing with crime at any level.

I once had two shoplifting cases before me, from the same store. But the crime because the individuals were two completely different people, was in fact different.

Here’s why:

In one case, the defendant shoplifted frivolously meaning that individual stole, makeup, hair product, nail polish, etc. This particular individual had a rather good education and upbringing. This individual also did not care about being charged with shoplifting and was not aiming to change any time soon.

Defendant #2, this individual shoplifted food, generic food, things like cheap hamburger, rice, beans, baby formula, a couple of bags of oranges and baby diapers. She had an 8th grade education, had married an immigrant who had been deported and was left overnight with no income, no job and no way to support her family.

While both were in the wrong, they should not have been sentenced the same way. Our society is starting to see the clear difference in crimes that are committed and by whom. While we do not condone the crimes we need to understand why they were committed so that others will not resort to the same thing.

We set up a judicial system to reform and to teach others a lesson about not following in the footsteps of those before, yet we do very little to ensure that other than to jail and hand down mandatory sentencing.

We can’t keep enforcing mandatory sentencing as a way to control crime, you control crime by becoming educated yourself as to why it is happening in the first place.

This is where you learn how to head it off before it happens again.

But I am not the Attorney General, who should already know this and be somewhat more forward thinking. It is 2017 after all.

Besides, throughout the entire history of crime and putting laws on the books in an effort to prevent crime has that done anything other than instill the very idea of committing said crime into someone’s head in new and creative ways? Think about it.
