Russia and The CIA

Who Was the Fourth Man on the Inside?

Cristal M Clark

When we think of the spy game, we more often than not tend to romanticise the notion of being a spy. The realities are a bit more harsh and well not so romantic. According to a new book, a mole hunt for the “fourth man,” the individual who was suspected of being a CIA officer, began in the 1990s, but no one has ever been arrested or charged in the case. Secret details of that investigation are being disclosed for the first time in “The Fourth Man,” a new book by former CIA officer Robert Baer.

To better understand we need to go back to the1980s, in the final decade of the Cold War, 3 Americans in fact, spied for the Soviet Union, CIA officers Edward Lee Howard and Aldrich Ames and FBI agent Robert Hanssen. They are known to have helped Moscow identify, arrest, and imprison or execute most of the Soviet agents who were secretly spying for the United States. Quite shameful if I do say so myself.

Ames and Hanssen were eventually caught and arrested and today remain in federal prison, while Howard defected to Moscow, where he died in 2002. This caused quite a bit of a problem for the US because as you might imagine having no spies in the Soviet Union meant that we were blind.

A mole hunt for the “fourth man,” who was suspected of being a CIA officer, began in the 1990s, but no one has ever been arrested or charged in the case. “The story of the Russian double agent in the CIA who got away may sound like some unfinished piece of business from the Cold War,” Robert Baer writes in his book. But “it’s starting to look more like the mystery of the fourth man is a lot more historically significant than an old-school spy tale. It’s part of the much larger story of how America completely missed Putin and the KGB’s resurrection.”

He is not wrong in that assumption either.

But, to be clear U.S. officials believe there was a “fourth man” inside the CIA was first disclosed in 2003 in “The Main Enemy,” by former CIA officer Milt Bearden. Robert Baer has now provided a wealth of new details about the case, including the key role of a KGB agent who supplied crucial information to the CIA on the fourth spy.

“Absolutely there was a fourth man,” John Lewis, former FBI assistant director for national security. “We had a lot of unexplained things that couldn’t be explained by the three others.”

In 1988, a CIA officer stationed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, first met a KGB officer named Alexander Zaporozhsky. The CIA gave Zaporozhsky the code name “GTZORRO” and nicknamed him “Max.” As a series of CIA officers continued to meet Zaporozhsky over the years, he began to provide clues revealing that the KGB had moles inside U.S. intelligence, according to Robert Baer. At some point, Zaporozhsky suggested that the KGB had two moles, one in the CIA and another in the FBI, although he didn’t know their names. One was known inside the KGB as “Karat,” and the other as “Rubine.”

In 1994, Aldrich Ames was arrested and charged with spying for Moscow, thanks in part to the information Zaporozhsky had provided.

In 1996, a CIA officer met again with Zaporozhsky, this time in Tbilisi, Georgia. He told the CIA that he believed he had come under suspicion in Moscow. But he also said he had heard that Russian intelligence had recruited another American CIA officer. This officer had been recruited in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and was now assigned to “the Farm,” the CIA’s training center outside Williamsburg, Virginia. With Zaporozhsky’s information, the CIA was quickly able to identify CIA officer Harold Nicholson as a Russian spy, and he was arrested in November 1996.

After Ames was arrested, the CIA secretly created a new counterintelligence team to try to determine whether there were any losses that could not be explained by Ames or Howard, who had defected to Moscow in 1985. The agency’s team, Baer writes, included CIA officers Laine Bannerman, Diana Worthen, and MaryAnn Hough. They began to sift through old tips, leads, and other evidence relating to compromised agents and operations that couldn’t be explained by either Ames or Howard. Eventually, they became convinced that there were at least two more moles. Some of their evidence pointed toward Hanssen, who was arrested in 2001. Robert Baer’s book discloses that the team still believed there was another, fourth mole thus coming to the same conclusion as Zaporozhsky. This was confirmed to The Intercept by one of the now-retired CIA investigators: “I do believe there is a fourth man,” said Worthen in an interview this week.

Sadly, they never found the fourth mole, is he/she still deeply embedded in the ranks of the CIA or FBI? Did they retire, move away, fall off the face of the earth perhaps? No one knows except for Russia and good luck getting that lot to speak unless you were to find a double agent who is not all that happy about the going ons over in the Ukraine.

It’s anyone’s guess who the fourth mole is, or was and if the CIA is still in fact looking. It is a fact that the US spy organisation is truly and remarkably impregnable and weak.

As for Zaporozhsky, some time after he had been relocated to the US by the CIA, he made the mistake of going back home for a little visit and was swiftly arrested and jailed.

Putin Puts World on Notice as he Threatens Nuclear War

World Considers Unseating Putin by Way of Assisination

Cristal M Clark

Not only did Putin manage to piss off the entire world he also put Russia’s nuclear forces on high alert as part of a pattern of escalating tensions following his attack on Ukraine. But alas analysts suggest the move is more than likely a bluff.

The United States, western powers, and NATO sat up straight after Putin said in a televised address that the country’s nuclear “deterrence forces” were placed “into a special mode of combat service”.

The UN called the idea of nuclear weapons use “inconceivable”, the Ukraine’s government said it saw the move as an intimidation attempt as delegations from both countries prepared to meet for exploratory talks.

Why this is a significant concern:

A portion of Russian nuclear weapons are in constant readiness and “can be launched within 10 minutes”, said Marc Finaud, a nuclear proliferation expert at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.

“Either the warheads are already mounted on missiles, or the bombs are already aboard” bombers and submarines.”

Not a very smart bluff either.

Very few are siding with Putin here, other than China and Donald Trump who I doubt truly understands what in the actual fuck. He just misses his bromance with Putin.

Here is the real reality: the world put Putin and Russia in a chokehold over his invasion of the Ukraine, he can’t afford an all out war and refuses to admit defeat so his only other option is to threaten nuclear war.

Our Administration has done very little if anything to thwart this nonsense of Putin’s, in fact all of the nonaction on our part has helped Putin get this far.

The world has options and this Putin knows, so as talks between Russia and the Ukraine went south today, the best option would be to unseat Putin and the only way to do that would be through asassination. Not even his own citizens would care, so it would be the cleanest option.

Several countries would support this if not send people to do it in a heartbeat.

It’s not like the world wasn’t warned for years about Putin.

So if I were Putin, I’d stop with the threats and bring his forces back home because now he’s going to have to start looking over his shoulder every move that he makes regardless of how this all turns out.

Putin pretty much backed himself into a corner, one that could be a killer if he isn’t careful.

America – Under Attack

Cristal M Clark

Back in 2015, 2016 and 2017 I started talking about cyber security and cyber attacks, I mention that in a sense, a severe enough cyber attack i.e. one that takes out an entire electrical grid or one that could shut a major hospital or government down was essentially an act of terrorism, an act of war. People would laugh it off or tell me with pure disgust that I couldn’t possibly know what I was talking about.

And now? Well here we are looking at that very possibility.

According to John C Inglis the National Cyber Security Director, a cyberattack is typically considered an act of war when it achieves the same amount of damage as a kinetic weapon which includes things like loss of health safety or national security. But it goes further than that, when it shuts down an entire industry, city, hospital, cuts off the cash flow of a major business, bank or corporation for an extended period of time, it threatens the lives of Americans.

And here we are, we are seeing an increase in cyber attacks that take entire systems offline for not days but months.

You’d be kidding yourself if you didn’t believe other governments throughout the world are not playing a hand in all of this and yes including our own, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

Essentially, this will inevitably cause a war somewhere, here, another country, either way war will happen if we are unable to wipe out this threat altogether.

The sad truth is, that is much easier said than done. Researchers are finding new threats, backdoors and holes every minute of every day.

John Inglis warned a House Committee back in November about this and he is not wrong in that warning. With these attacks running rampant all over, we do face the very real threat of war.

So what do we do?

We can lecture businesses all we want about reducing the risk, tell them until we are blue in the face, it’s not going to help.

Perhaps, now would be an appropriate time to enter into some sort of accord, a peace treaty if you will with other world leaders with regards to cyber attacks. We have done this in the past with nuclear weapons and other things, it seems that this one is bad enough that we should be considering and working towards some sort of treaty until nations can better protect themselves from these attacks individually and we can all stand together to fight them and prosecute as a world those that are using cyber attacks as a way to watch the world burn.

Russia and China Are Teaming Up

Cristal M Clark

Some might say that Russia and China teaming up sounds insane but the reality is they are two of the most powerful nations, both poised to surpass the United States in almost everything and that includes the coveted roles of World Leaders and Space Leaders.

The two have presented a plan to build the joint International Lunar Research Station (ILRS). The proposed lunar base is slated to be ready for crewed visits by the year 2036 and it is important to note that it is completely unrelated to the NASA-led Artemis program, which is to land on the moon by 2024, and have the first woman of color on board. To other nations it has also become painfully clear that date is pretty unlikely for the United States. The better bet is that Corporate Space Travel is going to get us to the Moon and elsewhere a lot faster than NASA.

ILRS is open to other nations joining them, which makes a lot of folks wonder why the United States isn’t joining. We are already losing our footing as a world leader. Do we really want to lose any more ground by not working with other nationions in the effort to explore outer space? The point here is, we have all but ruined any chance of this planet’s ability to continue to support life for the long term, shouldn’t we start learning to play together in an effort to save life as we know it? Or does the US still think it’s king to all?

Republican’s Who Fear Trump Should Take Note

Once You Get Past The Spin, Reality is Going to Hit Much Harder Than Expected

Cristal M Clark

Now that Trump has lost the election, we’ve seen his supporters fall victim to denial, learning the full extent of mental health in this country as we’ve witnessed for months meltdowns by Trump supporters over trivial things, now his campaign loss.

We laughed hysterically as Rudolph William Louis Giuliani held a news conference at Four Seasons Total Landscape, in between a crematorium and a dildo shop. I literally just can’t, that one takes the cake, or dick if you will. We saw countless callers who pranked the Trump voter fraud hotline with wacky, hilarious calls which come on, I know hundreds of people who participated. That was just asking for it.

But now we are also falling witness to Republican’s who fear Trump, so they are supporting his effort to rally, refuse to concede, withhold funds, fire people and have a proverbial mental breakdown on his way out and do as much damage as humanly possible along the way. And perhaps they are under the misguided illusion that Trump will continue to be powerful well after he leaves the White House he turned into a trailer park.

The truth is, it’s hard to have a lot of sway from a prison cell which he still might yet find himself in. It’s also hard to have much sway when you are flat broke, poor, homeless or in a mental institution, the Democrats do have an insurance policy so we might yet get to see that one play out, Trump. Deutsche Bank announced before the election of its intent to cut all ties with Trump and his organization and it could seek to sell or demand repayment of about $340 million in outstanding loans to the Trump Organization, almost as if they could feel it.

But perhaps what has caused and done the most damage to the party all thanks to Trump, is the disaster we find ourselves in today as America faces a new rapidly growing surge in the number of Coronavirus cases, as hardworking average citizens face the all to real possibility of more shutdowns, another round of staggering unemployment, continued unemployment with no stimulus package prior to the election, no Trump elected to dangle the idea of a new stimulus once he won the US presidential election as if it were a carrot over the heads of voters. Now come on is that not a form of an outright attempt at voter fraud here? Trump basically all but admitted to refuse to force a new stimulus package ahead of the election in the vain hope it would garner him desperate votes.

He also wants you to believe that our election system is broken,  full of fraud, rigged, against him of course. The truth is, it’s not. But he sees an opportunity to build on something people have long since really never had much faith in. People from Trump’s generation will lambaste you for not voting yet in the same breath urge you to vote in person because you cannot trust mail in ballots or they will believe any story where a particular candidate blames his loss on voter fraud, i.e. the dead are voting. Just like the Caravan from Mexico, still waiting on them to show up here.

By planting a seed of distrust, his hope is to build on it, like with the racism, the defunding of police campaign, the caravan full of illegals coming to rape your daughters, the blacks moving into white suburbia, to rape your women, steal your homes, dirty your pristine white neighborhoods. And ladies let’s not forget his claim to getting not you but your husbands back to work. It all starts with a seed, a lie, misinformation, a twisting of words, building on a system where we were always taught to doubt it or mistrust it.

He has laughed off wearing a face mask, social distancing, made a mockery of getting the virus, if he ever had it, the reality is, I call it bullshit. He has to prove that he ever had it and if his campaign can accuse the Biden campaign of pulling up in a van marked Biden/Harris to deliver fraudulent ballots to a polling center, I can most certainly claim that I believe Donald Trump never had Coronavirus. I mean, come on if anyone in the democratic party committed voter fraud, what in the fuck, a van marked with the Biden/Harris logo? I mean if you are going to make shit up, you might want to do it in such a way that it does not seem like a 5-year old came up with the storyline here.

The point is his mishandling of the pandemic, his making it a joke, not a serious matter is what has gotten the United States to where we are today. More restrictions, further shutdowns, more job loss. He encourages his supporters to not take the pandemic seriously, which caused a deeper rift in this nation of its citizens, if you’re not seeing the situation allow for me to spell it out plain and clear.

Trump did what Russia is well known for, they took our weaknesses and played us against each other with them. Russia knew and effectively taught Trump to use our weakness of racism and play to a part of this nation that still believes in that sort of thing or who believe that it is not real. From that Trump saw how deeply divided the US was over something so simple and the most patriotic thing you can do as an American Citizen and wear a face mask. Many see it as- big brother trying to take away rights, freedoms, the right to choose. Which I don’t get really as many of those same individuals seek to abolish abortion in this country too and many of Trump’s supporters are the same people who brought us, “All Lives Matter,” not just black lives. But when it comes to votes, guess they don’t all matter, and when it comes to saving your neighbors life since they are not in a womans womb, guess fuck em right, because no one can tell you what you can do with your body.

Trump played a nation, his own party and his own supporters and if you fear him because he was able to play you? Think about that one really clearly now, Donald J Trump does not give fuck about you, the party who took it in the ass supporting him even when he was wrong, his supporters whom he so eloquently showed were less than the sane, educated or of sound mind, racist, sexist and he was able to bring them forward into the public spotlight for everyone to see, he opened the wounds of this nation and now he is hell bent on bleeding those wounds out. He will fuck every supporter, anyone in his party and the rest of us over on his way out, he will fire people who only want to ensure that the nation and it’s people are taken care of and safe, he will drag out conceding and releasing the funds for the Biden team to beggin the process of Biden taking office, so as to attempt to set Biden up to fail or the very least falter badly at the start, he will destroy, create chaos and havoc and laugh on his way out. Even as his own supporters are becoming sick and dying from the virus after attending rallies, going to protests. He hasn’t reached out to any of the surviving families and offered a shred of decency has he? No empathy, no sorries, no feelings of human warmth, caring, sadness.

The voice of America spoke and we are about to take swift steps to rid this nation of racism, intolerance, meaningless protests because someone wants to get their hair done or they refuse to wear a face mask to save a life.

So if his own party fears him, they might want to reconsider that. If Trump continues to cause damage, the entire Republican party will pay for that and, for many years to come, my gut says they will not be able to count on Trump’s supporters to bring them back.

U.S. Annual Human Rights Report

flipping-the-bird-president-putin-crimeshop

Hypocritical Nonsense At Best

Cristal M Clark

If anyone has any trouble getting a little shut eye might I suggest the newly minted 2018 U.S. annual human rights report, a report that drew the ire of many in particular Russia, China and Iran.

US-Human-Rights-Report-CrimeShop

The report is hands down the best long read joke that I have ever had the opportunity to peruse and the jokes are a huge hit.

mike-pompeo-crimeshop

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo explained told reporters that the U.S. has “told those who disgrace the concept of human dignity they will pay a price, that their abuses will be meticulously documented and then publicized.” In the report the US accused various nations around the world of abusing basic liberties and freedoms while failing to admit that the United States does this on a daily to basis to its very own, men and women who are citizens of the United States.

The U.S. report included a laundry list of alleged Russian abuses, including extrajudicial killings and arrests, the targeting of journalists and politicians critical of Russian President Vladimir Putin as well as rampant human trafficking, domestic abuse and the oppression of minorities and members of the LGBT community. The State Department also specifically cited human rights conditions in the republic of Chechnya and the “occupation” of the Crimean Peninsula, which Moscow annexed in 2014 amid a political uprising in Ukraine.

With regards to Russia; “The government failed to take adequate steps to prosecute or punish most officials who committed abuses, resulting in a climate of impunity.” Which promoted the Russian Foreign Ministry to voice a few issues of its own, contending that “the report is yet another confirmation that the position of the U.S. administration in the field of human rights is based on the frank application of double standards, depending on whether a particular state follows the strategic guidelines of Washington, the USA remains, perhaps, the only country among the leading states of the world, which still lives by the illusions about its own exclusiveness.”

Russian-Foreign-Ministry-CrimeShop

The ministry condemned ongoing U.S. sanctions and well came up with its own list of alleged U.S. human rights violations, which is easy to do we have so many to choose from. The list includes some that are actually truthful, domestic charges of racism and anti-immigrant discrimination, law enforcement abuse, mass surveillance, media suppression and “restrictions on rights and freedoms under the pretext of fighting terrorism,” as well as “violations of human rights committed by the United States in other countries in the framework of the so-called anti-terrorist operations.”

“Once again, we urge the American side to address its own flaws in the human rights field,” the ministry said.

China was not to be left out “China “is in a league of its own when it comes to human rights violations.”

The State Department has claimed that China “significantly intensified its campaign of mass detention of members of Muslim minority groups in the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region Xinjiang,” leaving “800,000 to possibly more than two million Uighurs, ethnic Kazakhs, and other Muslims in internment camps designed to erase religious and ethnic identities” in measures officially stated to defeat “so-called” terrorist and separatist movements. Hmmm that sounds a lot like the vaguely familiar rhetoric that I hear spewing from the lips of our Felon President.

It gets better, the report insists that China went after nearly all forms of political opposition, threatening detention, forced disappearances, violence and even state-sanctioned killings against “journalists, lawyers, writers, bloggers, dissidents, petitioners.” The report noted the government’s crusade against corruption, but criticized the Chinese Communist Party’s unrivaled dominance.

Chinese Foreign Minister spokesperson Lu Kang noted similar documents in the past and said “we firmly oppose it and have lodged stern representations with the U.S. side.” He argued that “remarkable progress has been made in China’s human rights cause” and that, “on this topic, the Chinese people have the best say, and our achievements are there for all to see.”

“We will continue to forge ahead on the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and make new strides along the way,” Lu told journalists. “We urge the U.S. side to take off its tinted classes, abandon the cold-war mindset and ideological prejudice, view China’s human rights situation in an objective and fair manner, and stop using this issue to interfere in China’s internal affairs.”

He said that he “would advise the U.S. to reflect upon their own human rights situation at home and deal with their own issues first,” such as “shocking gender discrimination” and “immigration tragedy.”

Finally, Iran the report claims the government of Iran “killed over 20 people and arrested thousands without due process just for protesting for their rights” and “banned media outlets from covering the demonstrations.” The State Department’s report asserted that Iran’s “human rights record remained extremely poor and worsened in several key areas.”

The document criticized Iran’s high execution rate, rivaled only by China, and accused Tehran’s revolutionary Shiite Muslim leadership of crimes similar to those allegedly committed by the governments in Beijing and Moscow, such as harsh and extended prison sentences for relatively minor crimes (you know sort of like the number of young black men here in the US that are incarcerated for minor crimes for long prison terms that make absolutely no sense whatsoever), and general restrictions on freedoms. The U.S. also condemned Iran’s alleged role in human rights abuses abroad, including its reported support for militant groups in Iraq, Syria and Yemen.

Irianian-Foreign-Minister-Bahram-Qassemi-crimeshop

Not to be left out, Iran had to hit back too Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Bahram Qassemi dismissed the allegations, calling the U.S. “the world’s biggest violator of human rights” and arguing that President Donald Trump’s administration “with its dark and unacceptable human rights record, is definitely not qualified enough to address human rights situation in Iran,” where he said Washington’s sanctions had caused suffering among citizens.

Qassemi further criticized U.S. support for Middle Eastern allies, such as Israel, which the report criticized for alleged human rights abuses on both sides of the conflict between Israeli and Palestinians. For the first time, however, the annual human rights did not refer to the Golan Heights in Syria as being “occupied” by Israel, instead calling it “controlled” by Israel, contrary to an international consensus.

“Sooner or later, the U.S. administration should be held accountable for its crimes,” Qassemi warned.

trump-is-a-felon-crimeshop

We have a president sitting in the oval office who committed felony crimes while in office, got away with sexual exploitation and abuses of women prior to becoming president and spats out white nationalist views and lies as if they are glorious. He was idolized in the most recent mass shooting, by name for his rhetoric and views with regards to white supremacy, his racist ways and his bigotry, and men who grope, grab and attempt to sexually exploit women have used our president’s behaviors as a defense, case in point, I wrote a story a while back about Grab Em By the Pussy making a comeback where a man was groping a woman and felt that if our president could get away with it, so should he.

The reality is this, before the U.S. calls out any country for wrongdoing and human rights violations the U.S. should be looking at herself for those very same violations both at home and abroad, we have not a single right to call out any other country until we get our own shit together, starting with wtf are we allowing a felon, bigot, racist, sexist pig run this country?

While I do not always agree with the human rights violations of other countries, judge not, lest you be judged.

Trump and his pathetic administration should learn that.

Social Media Used to Track Troops  – Get Soldiers to Disobey Orders

socialmedia11_crimeshop

Using Social Media Websites as a Weapon

By: Cristal M Clark

This new research is not really too surprising to me, it does however lend credit to one thing I talk about a lot and that is with just a little information about someone, that individual can be swayed, coerced, pushed and prodded to do things that they might not normally do, for instance, a soldier who suddenly just disobeys a direct order.

All of the right information in the wrong hands can be dangerous.

NATO9-crimeshop

Researchers from NATO’s Strategic Communications Center of Excellence recently conducted an experiment, they with virtually very little cash and whole lot of social media were able to easily identify roughly 150 soldiers, because of that, they were able to locate multiple battalions, actually track troop movements, and convince service members to leave their posts and engage in other “undesirable behavior.”

Which really is not that difficult with just a little information gained using social media with regards to the subject. Foreign States can and do use social media in an effort to identify and target NATO forces, but also, to manipulate those NATO forces.

social-media99_crimeshop

This is quite frankly scary for any soldier or troop serving in any military anywhere in the world because quite a few service men and women worldwide use social media when deployed to keep in touch with loved one’s when they can’t utilize a cell phone.

socialmedia88_crimeshop

Likewise, people like posting things like pictures of their wedding, children, wishing a happy birthday to a loved one or happy anniversary to a wife or husband, celebrating a fellow troop member or mourning a fellow troop members death. Family members post on social media about service members as well. It is just one big ball of thread if you will.

And with the right information, in the wrong hands, the reality is, more and more people can be persuaded to do things or act on things that they normally would not when presented with a free pass, or the perfect opportunity or manipulated in such a way that they fear not doing what they are told to do in certain situations.

People are sharing secrets, they are more easily manipulated and a lot easier to con especially when faced with some type of threat all thanks to the use of social media.

According to researcher Nora Biteniece; “The researchers used Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other popular social media sites to find valuable information, particularly exploitable information, like a serviceman having a wife and also being on dating apps.”

US Army Col. Liam Collins wrote in Army Magazine last summer; “The Russians are adept at identifying Ukrainian positions by their electrometric signatures, in one tactic, soldiers receive texts telling them that they are ‘surrounded and abandoned.’ Minutes later, their families receive a text stating, ‘Your son is killed in action,’ which often prompts a call or text to the soldiers. Minutes later, soldiers receive another message telling them to ‘retreat and live,’ followed by an artillery strike to the location where a large group of cellphones was detected.”

In 2017, The Wall Street Journal reported that the Russians were hacking the cellphones of NATO soldiers to “gain operational information, gauge troop strength and to intimidate soldiers.”

As you can imagine, that caused some panic, so naturally out of fear Estonian troops were being forced by their superior officers to jump in the lake to enforce the strict “no smartphones” policy.

social-media9-crimeshop.jpg

Years ago, I worked with someone from the FBI on educating people about identity theft and this was back in the early 2000’s before it was really a thing, we both knew we were sitting on a bomb because of the way society was changing and using technology more and more. His golden rule was do not reveal too much personal information about yourself in the digital world, for instance social media and that my friends was just as social media was getting started.

Even I have been guilty of sharing too much personal information on social media, I think we all have once or twice. In the last year though, I have not really updated any personal information other than to repost some really old pictures on Facebook from before I lost someone close to me, and even more honest, I rarely if ever go onto Facebook these days because Facebook collects and does not protect as recent news has shown, any of our personal information.

-On-Social-Media_crimeshop

Think about this if you will, if NATO troops can be fooled so too can an average person who is utilizing social media on dating sites, signed up for a newsletter, even youtube, It’s not all ones car loan company who is selling our information, we are basically giving it away for free these days.

Vladimir Putin Issues Dire Warning

B-61_bomb_rack-crimeshop

Putin, Wants World Dominance

By: Cristal M Clark

I continue to see this debate happening in the media with regards to whether we in the US are in fact in a new Cold War with Russia.

I have insisted yes and we have been for some time, our leadership in America just failed to either notice or acknowledge it, preferring to turn a blind eye to it, but pretending away a problem does not resolve that problem, it just leaves it for someone else to deal with.

Vladimir Putin is now vowing not empty threatening but vowing to develop hypersonic missiles that will travel at more than 5x times the speed of sound and will be “invincible.”

vladimir-putin-russian-media-crimeshop

Defense Minister Sergei K Shoigu informed military officers that Russia would, by the end of next year, develop a ground-based version of an air-launched hypersonic missile that has already been developed, and also create a land version of the Kalibr, an existing sea-launched cruise missile.

That’s comforting, not even a week after everyone walks away from the INF here we go with the threats of demolishing the entire world and oh just going about killing everyone.

Nuclear-Threat-Russia-Crimeshop

The good news is that Vladimir does not want to go over budget so that might help to dampen his ability to develop much save for a few drones.

Vladimir has ordered Defense Minister Sergei K. Shoigu to stay within the limits of existing spending plans for 2019 and beyond.

According to sources; “We must not and will not let ourselves be drawn into an expensive arms race.”

So he’s cheap.

mig_31-CrimeShop.jpg

But for further proof that we are in a cold war, Russia has announced it will deploy 2 squadrons of MiG interceptors to fly patrols over the North Pole (most of the arctic belongs to Russia anyway), which is meant as a show of force and it was during the last cold war, routine.

A little history of the MiG interceptors:

The MiG-31 is one of the fastest supersonic interceptors that has ever made. IIt was built to chase the SR-71 Blackbird strategic reconnaissance aircraft, B-52 and B-1B strategic bombers, and low-flying nuclear-tipped cruise missiles.

The MiG-31BM typically carries eight air-to-air missiles, including four R-33 or R-33S radar-guided missiles for long-range interception.

Maybe Vladimir is tired of seeing more of Donald Trump in the news than himself or Russia is quite serious about letting America know they’ll be ready if we continue to push certain buttons throughout the world.

Trump Administration Says Goodbye INF Treaty

Hello Nuclear Arms Race?

By: Cristal M Clark

In rather delightful news today, the Trump Administration has announced the United States departure from the nuclear missile treaty with none other than Russia.

Some are speculating this might be the start of a new and improved nuclear arms race. In fact, some reports are stating this move might “kick-start” a new nuclear arms race, which if I am not mistaken has already started, long before the US backed out of the INF today.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said during this morning’s press conference that, “Russia has jeopardized United States security interests, and we can no longer be restricted by the treaty while Russia shamelessly violates it.”

Mike is not wrong either. Russia’s new nuclear-capable missile actually violates the 1987 INF that the country signed with the United States back in 1987.

Some would still argue that the US should have remained in the treaty and somehow attempted to talk Russia into behaving rather than misbehaving.

Whenever someone does that with me, my first move is to misbehave personally so, I doubt very much that Russia, knowing what we know about Russian President Vladimir Putin and Moscow, will shape up and play nice when Trump or his administration demand them to do so.

The mistake that Trump made here however, was that he failed to discuss this move with Europe prior to announcing it and that has started a bit of a novella throughout the world.

Additionally, now that the US has left the treaty, Russia is pretty much out of the dog house and in the clear so as to not abide by it which is leaving some to worry about a potential war in the long run because, by simply leaving the treaty, we no longer have any leverage with Russia.

Then again Russia as well as other foreign countries were already building up their nuclear capabilities up while at the same time disregarding the treaty.

So why would the US even stay in it, no one else is playing nice in the sandbox after all.

In a rare move, I actually agree with Trump and his Administration on this one. The US simply cannot remain part of a treaty with others where we are the only ones who are actually abiding by that treaty.
